1 Home-School Connection Dear Family Member: I m reading Flip in class this week. I learned that every story has a plot with a beginning, middle, and an end. This story begins with a girl and her pet dinosaur Flip and the girl brings Flip to class. In the middle of the story, the teacher gets angry because Flip makes a mess. I won t know the plot until I learn what happens at the end.
