This summer, Orange- Ulster BOCES hopes to encourage a life-long interest in reading through the Parents as Reading Buddies Summer Program. Our goal is to support you in your efforts toward encouraging reading at home. Your 4 th / 5 th grader has been invited to attend because your school district participates in Orange-Ulster BOCES services. The summer program has four evening events. At each reading event there will be a family literacy activity, pizza will be served, and students will be able to borrow books from our library. 5 Directions to: 4 Harriman Drive, BOCES at Arden Education Center in Goshen, Room #141 in the Instructional Support Services section of the building. Coming from 17 going westbound: Get off at Exit 125 South Street Make a left off the exit ramp Proceed to the light and make a left Go over the Route 17 bridge and make the first left onto Harriman Drive (the sign says Harriman Road but becomes Harriman Drive). Go past the main BOCES building. You will see a sign for Elant on the right. Make a right in front of this sign (if you see the Elant building turn around-you have gone too far). You will next see Orange County Mental Health (#30 Harriman). You are now at our building, which is a lower elevation from the Main Campus. Parking: You may park in any of the parking areas in front of this wing, and you will see a green sign for our area, which is ISS. Our entry is to the left of Mental Health building, straight ahead up the second driveway. It has a covered entry and stone steps. Come through the double doors to the secretarial office straight ahead and you will be directed from there. From 17 eastbound, Take exit 125 Once you exit, carefully enter Harriman Drive which is almost directly straight ahead just very slightly to the left. Make a quick, immediate right into the first parking area you see at the Elant sign. Follow directions as above.
