3 Our Work in Your HOUSING CATHOLIC HOUSING SERVICES Provides permanent housing for farm workers and their families and workforce housing at 5 properties in Mount Vernon and Sedro Woolley, Skagit County: La Casa de San José (Farm Worker) La Casa de Santa Rosa (Farm Worker) La Casa del Padre Miguel (Farm Worker) Villa Santa María (Farm Worker) La Venture Workforce Housing (Workforce) FAMILY AND YOUTH SERVICES CATHOLIC ADOPTION SERVICES OF WASHINGTON STATE or Whether a birth mother decides to parent or place for adoption, CCS provides adoption services throughout Washington State. COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES CCS is a licensed mental health agency providing services to Medicaid-eligible children and their families. CCS also provides counseling and mental health services to individuals, couples and families on an individual or insurance-funded basis. Selfpay services are available on a sliding fee scale. Services are also available in Spanish. CHILDREN S WRAPAROUND PROGRAMS Services are provided to children and their families with high mental health and other complex needs, using a team-based Wraparound approach. Services available for both the Medicaid-funded and others. CRITICAL NEEDS ASSISTANCE Critical Needs Assistance helps clients and persons referred by parishes with basic needs, especially food. GRANDPARENTS RAISING GRANDCHILDREN SUPPORT GROUP A support and educational group for grandparents who are acting as primary parents for their grandchildren. KINSHIP CARE SUPPORT Assistance for non-parent relatives raising children.

4 Community PARENT EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES Classes and individual coaching in effectively parenting children with high needs. CHILDREN IN THE MIDDLE CCS provides a twice-monthly workshop for parents on the impact of divorce on children. SENIORS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES HOME CARE FOR ELDERS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES CCS provides affordable non-medical assistance to seniors and people with disabilities living in their own homes. Training for caregivers is provided in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Somali, Russian, Cantonese and Korean. ADDITIONAL SERVICES FAMILY IMMIGRATION SERVICES 320 Pacific Place P.O. Box 2909 Mount Vernon, WA EXT. 226 (English, Español ) Provides quality legal immigration and citizenship services to low-income residents of Washington. CCS Family Immigration is accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals. Services are provided in English and Spanish with limited service available in the Russian and Ukrainian languages. PROJECT RACHEL HOPE (6473) En Español Provides healing and support in a confidential environment for women and men who have experienced abortion. Servicios de salud mental comunitarios Servicios Católicos Comunitarios es una agencia con licencia para proveer servicios de salud mental para niños y su familias que son elegibles para medicaid. Servicios Católicos Comunitarios también provee servicios de conserjería y salud mental a individuos, parejas y familias en base a fondos individuales o con seguro medico. Servicios de pago están disponibles sobre escala de tarifas. Los servicios también están disponibles en español. Servicios de Inmigración Familiar ext. 226 Servicios de Inmigración Familiar provee asistencia legal de inmigración y ciudadanía para personas de bajos recursos. Our employees and volunteers come from many faith traditions to serve and support poor and vulnerable people through the provision of quality, integrated services and housing. For nearly a century people have entrusted Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services to help children, families, individuals, elderly and people with disabilities in need throughout Western Washington.
