1 MANUAL DE INSCRIPCIÓN EN LA UPF PARA ESTUDIANTES Y DOCENTES DE INTERCAMBIO UPF REGISTRATION GUIDE FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS and STAFF 2016 ES/ 1º- OBTÉN LA IDENTIFICACIÓN EN EL SISTEMA 2º- RELLENA EL FORMULARIO DE SOLICITUD DE INTERCAMBIO EN/ 1ST- GET THE IDENTIFICATION CODES 2ND- FILL IN THE STUDENT APPLICATION FORM Oficina de Movilidad y Acogida Mobility and Welcome Office

2 INSCRIPCIÓN ON-LINE Si quieres solicitar una estancia de intercambio en la UPF, es necesario que formalices tu inscripción. Lee atentamente la siguiente información y si tienes alguna duda, ponte en contacto con la Oficina de Movilidad y Acogida: Biología Humana Medicina Derecho, Criminología y Relaciones Laborales Economía y Empresa Ciencias Políticas Humanidades Comunicación Audiovisual Periodismo Traducción y Lenguas Aplicadas Ingenierías Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas Undergraduates: oma.incoming@upf.edu PhD and Staff: regina.arquimbau@upf.edu Ten en cuenta los siguientes periodos para la movilidad: Segundo Semestre /01/ /07/2015 Primer Semestre /09/ /05/2017 1º OBTÉN LA IDENTIFICACIÓN EN EL SISTEMA Para obtener la identificación en el sistema, haz clic aquí. En la primera pantalla rellena tus datos personales En la segunda, verifica y acepta las condiciones de privacidad Te recomendamos que imprimas la tercera pantalla para tener en todo momento tu ID (número de pasaporte o dni) y Password (tu fecha de nacimiento en formato ddmmaaaa) para acceder al sistema 2º RELLENA EL FORMULARIO DE SOLICITUD DE INTERCAMBIO Una vez te hayas registrado y recibas el de respuesta automática, podrás acceder al formulario de solicitud haciendo clic aquí. 1/ ACCEDE AL FORMULARIO Para acceder al formulario necesitarás el ID (pasaporte o DNI) y el password (fecha de nacimiento en formato ddmmaaaa). 2/ SELECCIONA TU PROGRAMA DE INTERCAMBIO Selecciona el programa por el cual solicitas una estadía en la UPF: ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL UG (para estudiantes de grado) ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL PHD/STAFF (para movilidad docente y de doctorado) Importante: NO selecciones la opción Study Abroad Program! 3/ RELLENA TUS DATOS PERSONALES Rellena correctamente todos los datos que se te piden. 2

3 4/ RELLENA LOS DATOS DEL INTERCAMBIO Y CARGA TU FOTOGRAFÍA Y DOCUMENTOS Fotografía: el archivo debe cumplir los siguiente requisitos: formato JPG, con unas medidas de 176 x 220 pixel y una resolución de 300ppp. Tamaño máximo del archivo 75kb (debe ser una foto de cara sin gafas de sol, tipo pasaporte). Para completar tu inscripción es necesario que cargues los documentos (.pdf) requeridos según tu programa de intercambio. Hay algunos documentos marcados como Obligatorios". Si no los cargas, no podrás finalizar el proceso. Programa ERASMUS+ International: ID/Pasaporte, Propuesta de acuerdo de movilidad, Certificado académico (estudiantes de grado) o Currículum Vitae (Doctorandos y Profesores), carta de motivación y certificado de idioma (si procede). 5/ INDICA TU UNIVERSIDAD DE ORIGEN Cuando selecciones el país, se cargarán automáticamente las universidades con las que existe un convenio en el programa de intercambio seleccionado. 6/ SELECCIONA TU ÁREA DE ESTUDIOS En el caso de movilidad de grado, el convenio de intercambio con tu universidad especifica una o varias áreas de estudio o tipo de movilidad. Si sólo existe una, esta aparecerá automáticamente. Si hay más de una deberás escoger la que se corresponda. El resto de información aparece de forma automática. En el caso de la movilidad de Doctorado y Staff deberás escoger el programa deseado (PhD) o el programa que corresponde con el departamento o la facultad donde realizarás la docencia (Staff). 7/ INDICA TU PERIODO DE ESTANCIA EN LA UPF Por último, debes seleccionar el periodo de estancia, primero seleccionando el periodo en el que estarás en la UPF y luego las fechas aproximadas de estancia. Ten en cuenta los dos períodos de movilidad previstos:. Segundo semestre curso académico Otros: Primer semestre curso académico / GRABA TU INSCRIPCIÓN Finalmente selecciona grabar y enhorabuena, ya has completado tu inscripción on-line! 3

4 ON-LINE REGISTRATION To complete an exchange mobility at Pompeu Fabra University, it is necessary that you officially register at UPF. Please, read carefully the following information, and don t hesitate to contact us if you have any question: Human Biology Medicine Law, Criminology and Labor Relations Economics and Business Political Sciences Humanities Audiovisual Communication Journalism Translation and Applied Languages Engineering and Technology Advertising and Public Relations Undergraduates: oma.incoming@upf.edu PhD and Staff: regina.arquimbau@upf.edu Be aware of the two mobility periods of the Erasmus+ International program: Second semester academic year 07/01/ /07/2015 First semester academic year 01/09/ /05/2017 1st GET YOUR IDENTIFICATION CODES First, you need to get your identification codes by clicking here. Fill in your personal data on the first screen Verify and accept the privacy conditions on the second screen We recommend you to print the third screen so that you have your ID and password to access the system 2 nd FILL IN THE EXCHANGE STUDENT/STAFF APPLICATION Once you are registered and you have received an auto-reply , you can access the registration form by clicking here. 1/ ACCESS TO THE FORM In order to access to the form, you will need to enter your ID (Passport or ID number, as written in the previous step) and password (date of birth using the format ddmmyyyy). 2/ SELECT YOUR EXCHANGE PROGRAMME Select your Exchange programme, in your case: ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL UG (for undergraduate students) ERASMUS+ INTERNATIONAL PHD/STAFF (for teacching and PhD mobilities) Very important: do NOT select the Study Abroad Program! 3/ FILL IN YOUR PERSONAL DATA Write correctly all data requested. 4

5 4/ FILL IN THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXCHANGE AND UP-LOAD YOUR PICTURE AND DOCUMENTS Picture: the file has to meet the following requirements: JPG format, 176 x 220 pixels at 300ppi. Maximum file size is 75kb. It must be a Passport picture style (without sunglasses or hat). Documents: In order to complete your registration you have to upload the requested documents (.pdf) according to your Exchange Programme. Some documents are compulsory. If you don t upload them, you won t be able to finish the process. Erasmus + International: ID/Passport, Transcript of records (undergrads) or Curriculum Vitae (PhD or Teaching Staff), mobility agreement proposal, motivation letter and language certificate (students). 5/ INDICATE YOUR HOME UNIVERSITY When selecting your home university s country, you ll see UPF s partner universities 6/ SELECT YOUR FACULTY / DEPARTMENT OR SCHOOL AT UPF If you are an undergraduate the agreement with your university states one or several study or mobility areas. If there is only one it will appear automatically. If there are more, you will have to choose yours. The res of the information will appear automatically. In case of PhD or Staff mobility, you will have to choose the hosting program (PhD), or the program corresponding to your hosting department or faculty where you are going to teach (Staff). 7/ INDICATE YOUR STUDY PERIOD AT UPF Now, you should specify the duration of your stay, firstly informing us which semester you ll be studying at UPF and secondly, entering the approximate dates of your stay: o Second semester academic year: 07 January July 2016 o Others: First semester academic year: 01 September May / SAVE YOUR REGISTRATION Finally, select save and congratulations, you have completed your on-line registration! 5
