2 We implement concrete activities to promote enterprising culture in order to stimulate new business initiatives as well as consolidating the existing companies. This is part of a provincial strategy to give technical support to municipal and supra-municipal entities in order to improve employment level, increase the added value of our local economies and to hold the rural depopulation back.

6 3 Preferential funding lines Agreement Diputación de Granada Caja Granada Enterprising Credits line with 2 millions of budget for May 2009 April 2010 (2 nd ). Grant advances to new companies and public or private entity linked by agreement with the economic promotion objectives. Direct incentives to the creation of new companies 62 financial helps to people with a self-employment project in the New Employment Sites sphere. It is realized through a project granted by the Employment Service of Andalusia Regional Government (iniciativa NYE)

7 Direct incentives to the creation of new companies The proyect INICIATIVA NYE, , set as objective the creation of 120 economic activities along the province of Granada. 1.- Seminars (9). 5 hours. 2.- Business Simulation Units (8). 75 hours. 3.- Direct incentives ( ,00 ). 3.- Financial helps to self-employment projects or economical activities in the New Employment Sites sphere. It is realized through a project granted by the Employment Service of Andalusia Regional Government.

8 4 Companies Centre Temporary Cession of 8 modules to companies in consolidation phase. The target are new SMEs with a favourable technical report. We have also ceded one area to the Provincial Association of Granada Rural and another one to the Computer Architecture Department of the University.

9 5 Provincial Net of Companies Centres Extending the concept to all town councils that own premises or offices able to be ceded to companies in phase of consolidation. Creation of a Company Centres Net in the 13 municipalities of the area Los Montes. It is made in the framework of project TEMA, funded by RDEF.

14 8 Participation in Transnational Networks It is a source of wealth, learning and transfer of good practices between organisations from different countries. Creation of the Transnational Net TandemPlus in October 2008,, made up of 11 entities from 11 different countries (France, Rumania, Croatia, Germany, Slovakia, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Portugal y Spain). Project Rider (P.O. INTERREG SUDOE) Accessibility to innovation of the rural SMEs, from an organizational and marketing point of view.

16 9 Purpose: Support to the creation of GRANADA INNOVA The public company GRANADA INNOVA will be devoted to support the municipalities with less resources and promoting a more competitive, open, sustainable and solidarity Province.
