2 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS UPF BARCELONA SUMMER SCHOOL Contents: Step 1 // Registering at the program Step 2 // Payment of the Registration Step 3 // Admission 2

3 Step 1 // Registering at the program Please access the registration system by clicking here First, identify yourself: DNI: Passport or identity card number. CONTRASENYA: insert DOB (date of birth using the following format: ddmmyyyy). Change the Language to Spanish ( Castellà ). 1

4 Now chose the program/division by selecting: CURSOS DE VERANO E IDIOMAS UPF PERFIL ALUMNO GENÉRICO TCS INTERNATIONAL STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM *Note that the colors and disposition of this screen can be slightly different* Next, chose the specific program. Select AUTOINSCRIPCIÓN ESTUDIOS PROPIOS Y DE EXTENSIÓN UNIVERSITARIA,insert the studies code 1532, edition 5 and click on Buscar : 2

5 Check or update your personal data and complete the blank fields with an asterisk (*) Once your data is complete and correct, click on ACEPTAR It is time now to choose the courses you want to register in. Please, note this is not the actual enrolment in the courses but a pre-registration. Please note that you can take either 1, 2 or 3 courses at UPF Be reminded that you can check course descriptions and syllabi here. 3

6 Choose the courses from the list: At the bottom of the screen, the information regarding the registration fee (250 ) will be displayed. The payment method Forma de Pagament should appear by default as PAGAMENT ELECTRONIC TPV (if this is not the option by default, please select it). Select ACEPTAR. 4

7 After selecting the courses and the payment information, click on Grabar. The next screen is information about the payment. Please click on Aceptar : 5

8 Step 2 // Registration Payment Once registration is complete, you will be redirected to our online bank services (Caixa Catalunya) so that you can pay the registration fee with a credit card though secure methods. Don t close the tab until the process will be finalized. VISA, Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards are accepted. (!) Before submitting the payment, please confirm that the credit card: - Is valid for international payments. - Has a sufficient fund to complete the payment procedure accordingly. >> The Registration fee for the Program is 250 euros. (non refundable) << Please, remember to check your credit limit before submitting the payment. Credit card number Expiration date Credit card security code Confirmation of your payment: Insert all the required information and click on Pagarr. 6

9 Confirmation of your payment: press the button named CONTINUAR : (!) Don t close the tab until the process is finalized. Once the payment is completed, please save your confirmation of the registration payment and send it to barcelonasummerschool@upf.edu : Please click on continuar in order to complete the registration. 7

10 Step 3 // Admission Once your registration fee has been processed and your documents checked by our staff, you will receive formal notification with the status of your admission (admitted or non admitted), also by . If you are not admitted, you won t be refunded the registration fee. If you are admitted, once notified, please follow the instructions contained in that to formally register in courses. 12 1// Registro en el programa Por favor, accede al sistema de registro a través de este link: En primer lugar, identifícate: DNI: Nº de pasaporte. CONTRASENYA: Fecha de nacimiento en formato europeo ddmmaaaa (tal como has introducido anteriormente). Selecciona idioma que prefieras, castellano o catalán. 10

13 Ahora, selecciona nuestro programa: CURSOS DE VERANO E IDIOMAS UPF PERFIL ALUMNO GENÉRICO TCS INTERNATIONAL STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM *La disposición y colores de los botones podría variar* A continuación, escoge el programa específico. Seleciona AUTOINSCRIPCIÓN ESTUDIOS PROPIOS Y DE EXTENSIÓN UNIVERSITARIA, introduce el estudio 1532, edición 5 y haz clic en Aceptar : 11

Comprueba y/o actualiza tus datos personales. Deberás completar obligatoriamente los campos con asterisco (*): Una vez has introducido tus datos, haz clic en ACEPTAR.

Es el momento de escoger las asignaturas que quieres matricular. Por favor, ten en cuenta que esta no es la matrícula real sino un pre-registro de matrícula. Puedes seleccionar 1, 2 ó 3 asignaturas en la UPF. Recuerda que puedes consultar información sobre nuestras asignaturas aquí. 12

15 Por favor, selecciona las asignaturas: Al final de esta misma pantalla aparecerá información sobre el pago de las tasas de inscripción (250 ). La forma de pago debería ser por defecto PAGO ELECTRÓNICO TPV (si no aparece por defecto, selecciónala) y haz clic en GRABAR. 13

16 La siguiente pantalla contiene información sobre el pago: Ahora, selecciona Continuar el sistema te llevará a la pantalla de confirmación de pago. 14

17 2 // Pago de las tasas de registro Una vez completado tu registro, serás dirigido automáticamente a nuestro servicio de Banca Online (Caixa Catalunya) para proceder con el pago de las tasas de registro con tarjeta de crédito de modo seguro. No cierres la página hasta que el proceso esté totalmente finalizado. El sistema acepta tarjetas VISA, Electron, MasterCard y Maestro. (!) Antes de iniciar el pago, por favor confirma que tu tarjeta de crédito: - Acepta pagos internacionales (para pagos desde fuera de España). - Cuenta con fondos suficientes para completar el pago del registro. >> Las tasas de registro en el programa corresponden a 250 euros. (No retornables) << Número de tarjeta de crédito Fecha de caducidad Código de seguridad Introduce todos los datos solicitados y haz clic en Pagar. 15

18 Confirmación del pago: Selecciona el botón CONTINUAR (!) No cierres la ventana del explorador hasta que el proceso haya finalizado. Una vez obtengas la confirmación de pago del registro, por favor guarda una copia y envíanosla a barcelonasummerschool@upf.edu: Por favor, haz clic en continuar para finalizar con el proceso de registro. 16

19 3// Admisión Una vez se haya procesado el pago de tu registro y tu candidatura sea validada por nuestro equipo, recibirás una notificación con el estado de tu admisión (admitido/a o no admitido/a) por . Si no estás admitido/a, las tasas de registro no serán devueltas. Si estás admitido, y una vez notificado, por favor sigue las instrucciones de matrícula. Gracias por participar en nuestro programa!
