2 A Level Spanish Springboard work Instructions The activities below will help you to make a smooth transition to A level Spanish. It is important to give all preparation tasks a go we are not looking for perfect Spanish at this stage! 1. Complete all preparation tasks and bring them with you to the first lesson in September. Preparation Tasks (tick as you complete): Complete the regular present tense verb grid Learn the suggested irregular verbs in the present tense Complete the present tense practice activities Complete the Spanish film mini project 2. Watch at least one Spanish film (with English subtitles) (Volver, Pedro Almodóvar (2006) (El laberinto del fauno, Guillermo del Toro (2006) (El diario de la motocicleta Walter Salles (2004) (Abel, Diego Luna (2010) (Mar Adentro Alejandro Amenábar (2004) 3. We strongly recommend you purchase the following items: - A lever arch ring binder with dividers (8-10 file divider sections). We will explain how to organise your folder in September. However, don t feel limited to a powerpoint presentation or a sheet of A4...we welcome creativity! A short video, podcast (mp3 format), poster, PREZI etc would also be encouraged!
