Lenny Meets Molly All was quiet in the meadow. The sun shone in a bright blue sky. So Lenny Lion put his head down and took a nap. 2 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse Lenny said, Tiny Molly, you are indeed a big friend! And to this day, Lenny and Molly are still good friends. 15
Molly nibbled until the many tiny holes became one huge hole. Soon Lenny was free. 14 Molly Mouse saw Lenny and tried to sneak by him. She did not want to wake Lenny up. 3 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse
But Lenny did wake up. And he grabbed the little mouse in his big paws. 4 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse Molly nibbled a tiny hole in the net. Then she nibbled many other holes. 13
But you are so little, said Lenny. I can help you and I will! Molly told Lenny. 12 Molly Mouse was small. But she was also brave. Great Lion, let me go or else! she said. 5 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse
Or Else Or else? Or else what? You look like a yummy snack. Why should I let you go? asked Lenny. 6 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse Before long, Molly saw Lenny. He was trapped in a big net. Do not be afraid, Lenny, said Molly. I will help you! 11
Lenny Needs Help Weeks later, Molly heard a great and terrible roar. That is Lenny! shouted Molly. Molly ran off to find the lion. 10 Molly said, Perhaps one day I can help you. A tiny mouse can be a big friend! 7 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse
8 9 Lenny Lion and Molly Mouse mouse. I will let you go. Lenny laughed, You are a funny You could never help me, Lenny said. You are just a tiny mouse. You will see, said Molly.
