2 Management voucher: What for? It is one of the ini,a,ves gathered in the innova&on axis of the EPI (Axis 2 Line 2.3) To innovate is something else than launching new products technologically developed. To innovate has to do with working in a smarter way, doing things differently to gain a compe&&ve advantage.

3 Management voucher: OBJECTIVES To meet the needs of SMEs regarding innovation in the business management models. To promote the development of enterprises capable to develop strategic growth projects. To plan and implement actions of strategic change through subcontracting consultancy Hirms accredited by IMPIVA. To improve business competitiveness focussing in any of the following actions: 1. Marketing and commercialization 2. Organization and Business Management 3. Innovation plans

COMMERCIALIZATION New sales channels and new ways of presen,ng products (ateliers) Innova,ve strategies for the search and access of new markets New marke&ng methods (emo,onal engineering or new ways of promo,ng goods and services). Market studies to assess opportuni,es for interna&onal expansion.

ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT New management procedures for the improvement and op,miza,on of: ü Human resources ü ü Production Communication Innovative Hinancing strategies for business growth For those companies that already have strategic innovation plans and they are looking for an update and improvement.

6 3. INNOVATION PLANS Development of innovation plans toghether with the company management team with the aim of: Ø Identifying action projects Ø Updating business models Ø developing opportunities for the future

7 MANAGEMENT VOUCHER: TARGET AUDIENCE? Companies established in the Valencian Region and with a project to be developed within the region: Company ProHile preferably - - Between 50 and 100 employees - - Established more than 5 years ago - - Experienced in R&D&i projects and in internationalization - - They have an action plan or strategic plan settled recently (less than three years)

8 MANAGEMENT VOUCHER: RESULTS IN FIGURES Budget: euros 205 vouchers of euros Publica,on of the call for proposals: 9th of July 2010 Submission of applica,ons: Deadline 16th of September 2010 Validity period of the Management Voucher and jus,fica,on of the services subcontracted: Deadline 12th of May 2011
