2 IMPORTANTE LEER PRIMER Este manual es para aquellos que quieran llevar a cabo el proceso de la Solicitud de certificado digital luego de haber completado el proceso de registro y habérsele concedido el acceso a nuestra página web. Las ilustraciones en el manual fueron generadas utilizando Windows 7 e Internet Explorer 9. De utilizar una versión distinta de navegador o sistema operativo, las imágenes pudieran variar. Los certificados digitales son compatibles con los siguientes sistemas operativos: Windows XP en adelante, y Mac OS 8.6 en adelante El proceso de la Solicitud de certificado digital debe ser totalmente hecho en Internet Explorer. El fallar a seguir las instrucciones provocará que el proceso no sea completado debidamente y retrasará el procesamiento para la obtención de su Certificado Digital. Una vez disponible, mantenga en mente que LA MISMA COMPUTADORA desde donde realizó la Solicitud de certificado digital necesita ser utilizada para descargarlo La contraseña asignada por usted dentro del proceso de la Solicitud de certificado digital será única y exclusivamente conocida por usted. Es recomendable que escriba y guarde en un lugar seguro la referencia donde tenga escrita la contraseña ya que DTE, LLC no tiene acceso ni forma de recuperar esta. De perder la contraseña de su Certificado Digital, tendrá que notificarlo para proceder a someter un nuevo proceso de Solicitud de certificado digital el cual conlleva un costo operacional adicional. La contraseña asignada por usted dentro del proceso de la Solicitud de certificado digital está atada a su Certificado Digital, por lo tanto no podrá ser cambiada una vez IMPORTANT READ FIRST This manual is intended for those who want to submit a Digital Certificate Request after having completed the registry process and access to our web page has been granted. The password provided during the Digital Certificate Request process will be solely and exclusively known by you. It is recommended that the password is written and safe kept, since, we have no way of accessing or retrieving it. If the Digital Certificate s password is lost, DTE, LLC must be notified so that a new Digital Certificate Request process can be made available, hence, involving some additional charges of operation. The assigned password for the Digital Certificate during the Digital Certificate Request process is part of your Digital Certificate; therefore, it cannot be modified

4 Usuarios de Windows 10 Windows 10 Users Asegúrese que el browser que utilice sea Internet Explorer. Este sistema operativo contiene un nuevo explorador llamado Microsoft Edge, el cual por el momento NO se puede usar para realizar la solicitud de firmas digitales. El mismo contiene un logo parecido al de Internet Explorer, y es el que tiene puesto por defecto el sistema para usarse. Internet Explorer si se encuentra en su máquina. Solo tiene que realizar un search para que pueda seleccionarlo y utilizarlo. En la barra inferior, donde dice Search the web and Windows, o vea una lupa, haga una búsqueda por los términos Internet Explorer, y la pantalla se lo mostrara para seleccionarlo y usarlo. 11 Paso 7 Step 7 Utilizando el Scrollbar provisto en la ventana, baje hasta encontrar el grupo de alternativas denominado Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt. 12 Paso 8 Step 8 Siga hacia abajo hasta encontrar la opción Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting y seleccione Enable. Paso 13 Paso 13 En la barra superior diríjase a Profesional Associations ( ), y ahí escoja CAAPPR (B). At the top bar go to Professional Associations (A), and there choose CAAPPR (B).

18 Paso 15 Step 15 Lea las instrucciones, y luego presione el botón azul al final que dice Apply for your digital certificate! Click Here. 22 Paso 19 Step 19 Los campos de la solicitud aparecerán llenos con la información que nos proporcionó al hacer el registro. Verifique que la información esté correcta. 24 Paso 21 Step 21 Volviendo al formulario en línea, favor de escribir la contraseña que desea asignar a su firma digital. Esta contraseña es SOLO para la firma digital. Es la contraseña que utilizara para FIRMAR los documentos, y no es la misma que utiliza para entrar a nuestra página de internet. Adicional, esta contraseña NO SE GUARDA en nuestro sistema. 25 Paso 22 Step 22 Presione el boton Apply for DNELabs Custom Client Certificate. Press the Apply for DNELabs Custom Client Certificate button. 26 Paso 24 Step 24 Marque la alternativa de High ( ) y presione Next > ( ). Select the High ( ) alternative and press Next > ( ).

27 Paso 25 Step 25 Donde dice Password ( ) escriba su Challenge Password (según escrita en el Paso 12). Vuelva a escribirla donde dice Confirm ( ). Una vez terminado, presione Finish ( ). Write the Challenge Password (as written on Step 12) on both the Password ( ) and Confirm ( ) fields, then press Finish ( ). Asegúrese que la contraseña que utilice sea la correcta. Recuerde que no tenemos manera de recuperar la misma. Si el certificado es emitido con una contraseña inválida, tendremos que realizar el proceso de revocación y reinicialización, el cual conlleva gastos adicionales para usted. 28 Paso 26 Step 26 De vuelta a esta pantalla, presione sobre el botón de OK. Back on this screen, press on the OK button.

30 Su firma digital se emitirá en un plazo de dos a cinco días laborables. Recibirá una notificación con las instrucciones de como descargar la misma e instalarla. De lo contrario, tendrá que solicitar una nueva, incurriendo en gastos adicionales de revocación y reinicialización.
