1 CONOCIMIENTO DEL MEDIO 3º DE PRIMARIA Los contenidos de la asignatura Conocimiento del Medio se agrupan en tres bloques, uno por trimestre y constan de 5 unidades cada uno. Teniendo en cuenta la temporalización de la asignatura que se ha hecho para todo el curso, se calcula aproximadamente de diez a doce sesiones por tema lo que viene a ser dos semanas por unidad. En esta primera unidad todos los contenidos se darán en lengua inglesa. El fin del uso de esta segunda lengua no es otro que reforzar los contenidos estudiados en lengua materna y al mismo tiempo desarrollar las competencias lingüísticas en la L2, lo que se viene denominando AICLE (aprendizaje integrado de contenidos y lengua extranjera). En este colegio y durante este curso los alumnos/as siguen el libro de conocimiento del medio de 3º de la editorial ANAYA, el cual va a servir de referencia para la programación de distintas actividades que posibiliten la iniciación del idioma extranjero dentro de una asignatura de área no lingüística. La primera unidad que vamos a trabajar será: Los seres vivos/ living things. Curso o nivel en el que se ha experimentado: Esta unidad se esta probando actualmente en un curso de 3º de primaria. Número de alumnado: La clase esta formada por 20 alumnos/as. Temporalización: La unidad consta de siete sesiones/actividades programadas, las cuales se pueden desarrollar en una única sesión o en más de una pero con una duración máxima de 2 semanas o 10 sesiones. 2 Metodología: 1. Esta unidad se ha diseñado para ser usada junto al ordenador. Pero igualmente es necesario el uso de la libreta de clase donde se van a copiar las ideas principales de la unidad. Implica el trabajo en parejas (un ordenador para 2 alumnos). 2. Cada lesson plan se presenta por separado. Los alumnos acceden al mismo tras una breve presentación por parte del profesor/a. La unidad consta de apoyo visual (fotos) que ayuda al alumnado a asociar ideas. 3. Después de analizar la información recibida se trabaja en la libreta. 4. Se pueden usar distintos enlaces deinternet como actividades de refuerzo/ ampliación. Evaluación: Instrumentos utilizados: La evaluación debe de ser continua a través de la observación directa del progreso del alumnado en clase por parte del profesor mediante preguntas y ordenes sencillas, y formativa usando algunas tareas realizadas en la libreta del alumnado que reflejen la adquisición de objetivos y contenidos. Puntos fuertes: El apoyo visual y las oraciones sencillas hacen que el alumno comprenda rápidamente el contenido de los mensajes. Dificultades encontradas: Los alumnos en los que se ha probado la unidad no han recibido clases de conocimiento del medio Aicle con anterioridad, y su nivel de inglés no es el adecuado. Los ordenadores del centro funcionan con Guadalinex/Open Office, lo que limita el uso de materiales preparados fuera del centro. Propuestas de mejora: Usar un cañón/ proyector para la presentación inicial de la unidad. Presentar las unidades en alumnos que hayan experimentado la enseñanza AICLE en el 1er ciclo de primaria. There are three types of vital functions: 1º-Nutrition We eat to grow and have energy. 2 º-Interaction We interact with others. 3 º-Reproduction We reproduce to make new living things.
