1 Steps to Understand Your Child s Behavior Customizing the Flyer Hello! Here is the PDF Form Template for use in advertising Steps to Understanding Your Child s Behavior (HDS Behavior Level 1B). Because each agency may have a different version of Adobe, there may be slight variations to the process outlined below. The good news is that you only need to customize with your logos once. The following are a couple of notes to help you customize The PDF Form Fields are editable when viewed in Acrobat and Preview. The Form Fields will always be editable unless the user saves the file as a JPG (image). Saving to a JPG allows the partner to post the flyer electronically without further editing capability. 2. The Form Fields have instructions for the type of information that is recommended for the box. The lower right box is where the Program Partner Logo can be added. a. To add a logo, convert your logo image to a pdf. (by saving the image as a pdf) b. Copy this file (in a separate window) by selecting Edit, then Copy file to Clipboard. c. Open the 1B flyer in a separate window. d. Select the bottom right text box. e. Go to Tools, then Comment & Markup, then Stamp, then Paste Clipboard Image as Stamp Tool. (If you don t have Comment & Markup as an option, select View from the tool bar, then Comment, then Drawing Markup/Annotations, then select Stamp tool)

2 f. Place your cursor over the bottom right box (you will have a stamp cursor, instead of an arrow). Left click. g. Your image will appear. You can resize the image to fit within the box. You may need to zoom out to access the edges of your logo. 3. Once you ve added your Logo to the flyer, please save the pdf file with a new name.
