1 Christmas Day December 25, 2017 Celebrant: As we celebrate the birth of Jesus we rejoice in the goodness of God. With trust we present these needs to our Father in heaven. Deacon/Lector: That the Church may joyfully proclaim the birth of our Savior and transform the world through word and deed, we pray to the Lord That all those who are away from their loved ones today, may be filled with Christmas peace and joy, we pray to the Lord... That all families may welcome the Christ-child into their homes and experience His blessings and peace, we pray to the Lord That the sick, the lonely, and the depressed may find strength and hope in the love that God has for his wounded children, we pray to the Lord That those who grieve for their departed loved ones may be consoled by the promise and joy of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray to the Lord Celebrant: Father, we praise you with joy for having sent your Son into the world. Give us grace to be faithful to the Gospel we profess. Through Christ our Lord.

2 Intercesiones Generales Navidad 25 de diciembre de 2017 Celebrante: Al celebrar el nacimiento de Jesús nos regocijamos en la bondad de Dios. Con confianza, presentamos estas necesidades a nuestro Padre celestial. Diácono / Lector: Para que la Iglesia proclame gozosamente el nacimiento de nuestro Salvador y transforme el mundo con palabras y obras, Que todos aquellos que están lejos de sus seres queridos hoy, puedan estar llenos de la paz y la alegría de Navidad, Para que todas las familias puedan dar la bienvenida al Niño Jesús en sus hogares y experimentar Sus bendiciones y paz, Para que los enfermos, los solos y los deprimidos encuentren fortaleza y esperanza en el amor que Dios tiene por sus hijos heridos, roguemos al Señor Para que aquellos que lloran a sus seres queridos difuntos puedan ser consolados por la promesa y el gozo de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, Celebrante: Padre, te alabamos con alegría por haber enviado a tu Hijo al mundo. Danos la gracia de ser fieles al Evangelio que profesamos. Por Cristo nuestro Señor.

For the needs of our families and our world, we now pray. Deacon/Lector: That the many ministries of the Church may strengthen family life throughout the world, we pray to the Lord... That governments may protect the institution of marriage, made by God as the union between one man and one woman, we pray to the Lord... That the family may become ever more the sanctuary of life, where all are welcomed as a gift rather than a burden, we pray to the Lord... That families burdened by divorce, abuse, or alienation may seek and find the help of the Holy Family, we pray to the Lord... That our family members who are ill may enjoy the consolation of the Lord and the presence of their loved ones, we pray to the Lord... That our family members who have died may be welcomed into eternal life, we pray to the Lord... Celebrant: Father, we thank you for the gift of life and family. Answer all our prayers, and bring all people into your family of grace. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

4 Fiesta de la Sagrada Familia Ciclo B 31 de diciembre de 2017 Celebrante: Dios se humilló a sí mismo para nacer de una familia humana, y santificó la vida familiar para siempre. Por las necesidades de nuestras familias y nuestro mundo, oramos. Diácono / Lector: Para que todos los ministerios de la Iglesia fortalezcan la vida familiar en todo el mundo, roguemos al Señor... Para que los gobiernos protejan la institución del matrimonio, hecha por Dios como la unión entre un hombre y una mujer, roguemos al Señor... Para que la familia se convierta cada vez más en el santuario de la vida, donde todos son recibidos como un regalo en lugar de una carga, roguemos al Señor... Que las familias agobiadas por el divorcio o el abuso puedan buscar y encontrar la ayuda de la Sagrada Familia, roguemos al Señor... Para que nuestros familiares enfermos puedan disfrutar del consuelo del Señor y de la presencia de sus seres queridos, roguemos al Señor... Para que los miembros de nuestra familia que han muerto puedan ser bienvenidos a la vida eterna, roguemos al Señor... Celebrante: Padre, te agradecemos por el regalo de vida y familia. 5 Solemnity of the Epiphany January 7, 2018 Celebrant: The whole world is called to acknowledge that Jesus is Lord. Grateful for our faith, we now bring the Lord our petitions. Deacon/Lector: That the Church may tirelessly reveal the glory of Christ to all nations and peoples who do not yet know him, we pray to the Lord... That the Manifestation of the glory of Christ will enable all nations to also recognize the sanctity of each and every human life, we pray to the Lord That God s people may more deeply discover the mystery of the Eucharist, and worship the Lord as did the wise men of old, we pray to the Lord... That the sick may discover in their sufferings a manifestation of the Passion of Christ, we pray to the Lord... That those who have died may share eternal glory, we pray to the Lord... Celebrant: Father, we trust in your loving care. Show us your glory, deepen our faith, and grant us your peace. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

6 Intercesiones Generales para la Celebración de la Epifanía del Señor 7 de enero de 2018 Celebrante: El mundo entero está llamado a reconocer que Jesús es el Señor. Agradecidos por nuestra fe, presentemos al Señor nuestras peticiones. Diácono / Lector: Para que la Iglesia pueda revelar incansablemente la gloria de Cristo a todas las naciones y pueblos que aún no lo conocen, Para que la Manifestación de la gloria de Cristo permita a todas las naciones reconocer la santidad de toda vida humana, roguemos al Señor Para que la gente de Dios pueda descubrir más profundamente el misterio de la Eucaristía, y adorar al Señor como lo hicieron los reyes magos, Para que los enfermos descubran en sus sufrimientos una manifestación de la Pasión de Cristo, Para que aquellos que han muerto puedan compartir la gloria eterna, Celebrante: Padre, confiamos en tu amoroso cuidado. Muéstranos tu gloria, profundiza nuestra fe, y concédenos tu paz. Por Cristo nuestro Señor. Amén.
