Installation instructions I. Raise door completely and disconnect power and the lifting arm of garage door opener. II. Retain door by fastening C clamps under bottom rollers on each side. With tension completely off of cable.thread the loop end of the cable through the extension spring. Do this at the pulley end and make sure cable is through loops of spring. III. Attach flat bracket with 5/16 bolt (not included) on the free end of cable to the frame support. IV. At the loop end of the cable stretch cable and wrap around framework keeping slack to a minimum. V. With Double safety cables, follow above steps making sure to thread individual cables are going through each spring. VI. Slowly lower door by hand to verify there is no interference.
