CARACTRÍSTICAS GNRALS - Construcción modular con posibilidad de realizar múltiples composiciones tanto en longitud, altura y espesor de panel. - Modulación cada 200 mm. - xcelente calidad de aislamiento térmico con una densidad de 45Kg/m3 y un coeficiente de conductividad térmica = 0.021 Kcal/mh C. - Las puertas garantizan un cierre total hermético, tienen la posibilidad de colocación en los cuatro lados de la cámara y ambos sentidos de apertura. - Innovador perfil radio sanitario, de fácil colocación que se incorpora al mismo tiempo que se ensamblan los paneles y ahorrando enormemente el tiempo de montaje. - Its modular construction offers more possibilities to change the height, width and thickness of the panels. - Insulated with polyurethane with a density of 45 Kg/m3 and a coefficient of thermal conductivity of =0,021 Kcal/mh C. - Doors with automatic closing and key locks and an inside safety opening for an airtight seal. PANLS - Módulos prefabricados tipo sándwich con espesor e= mm (temperatura +) y e= mm (temperatura, en congelación), construidos en chapa de espesor 0.6 mm y un alma interior de espuma de poliuretano con formulación libre de CFC e inyectado a alta presión con una densidad de 45Kg/m3, y una (Coeficiente de conductividad) de 0.021 Kcal/mh C. - Anchos Paneles (modularidad): 400, 0, 0 y 1200 mm. RVSTIMINTO - Revestimiento estándar de chapa de acero galvanizado (Z 225 o ZA 225 gr/ m2) y prelacado poliéster (25 μ) con un film de protección pelable, color blanco pirineo 6 y calidad alimentaria. PANL SULO - Suelo estándar de espesor o mm en función del espesor general estando la cara interior realizada en Acero Galvanizado Plastificado Antideslizante certificado y la cara exterior a base de chapa de Acero Galvanizado Prelacado con poliéster. - s apto para tránsito de personas y traspaletas con ruedas de goma y peso estático de 300 Kg /m 2 SPSOR D PANL - 2 espesores de panel ( y mm). ALTURAS D CÁMARAS - 2 alturas estándar (altura interior: 1920 y 2320 mm). n opción cualquier otra altura hasta 2820 mm como altura máxima interior. XCÉNTRICAS D UNIÓN - Sistema de nsamblaje a base de Cajas excéntricas de ABS dotadas de piezas excéntricas de alta resistencia de doble efecto y gancho reforzado asegurando la unión entre paneles. PURTAS - De serie cada cámara Polar incorpora una Puerta Pivotante con herrajes de poliamida normalizados, formado por cierre con llave con sistema de apertura interior y bisagras regulables en altura y profundidad, burlete de PVC coextruido, acabados exterior e interior a base de chapa de acero galvanizado de espesor 0.6 mm prelacada con poliéster y un interior a base de espuma de poliuretano con formulación libre de CFC inyectado a alta presión con una densidad de 45 Kg/m 3 - Medidas estándar de luz de puerta (paso) 1830x0 mm y espesor de puerta de 90 mm., estando la contrapuerta embutida en el marco-puerta. -Todas las puertas incluyen cierre con llave en el exterior y apertura de seguridad en el interior. Las puertas para congelación incluyen también resistencia en marco-puerta de serie. - Nuestras puertas tienen la posibilidad de colocación en los cuatro lados de la cámara y su apertura puede ser a derechas o izquierdas. HIGHT - 2 Heights (interior heights: 1920 and 2320 mm). CONNCTING SYSTM - specially designed structure with a very high resistance made ABS plastic. Made up of prefabricated interlocked sandwich panels complete with cam-lock hooks ensuring a quick and easy assembly. DOORS - Pivoting door with aluminium fittings, with gaskets made of PVC, exterior and interior finish in galvanized metal plate with a thickness of 0,6 mm, with white painted surface 25 μ for a perfect hygiene. - Standard dimensions for doors of 1830x0 mm. - Thickness door of 90 mm with interior part integrated in door frame. - All doors include exterior closing with key and interior safety opening. Doors for low temperature also include resistance in door frame as standard. - Possibility of placing the door on the 4 sides of the cold room, opening left to right as standard. AS STANDARD: - Door heater and pressure compensation valve included for negative temperatures (panel thickness of mm). -Sanitary corners.
