También en casos especiales como, por ejemplo, el mantenimiento de partes laterales e inferiores de puentes y viaductos, cuando non es posible armar el andamio desde la parte inferior por la presencia de agua o por hallarse a una altura muy elevada, se recurre a una torre corrediza desde la cual baja el andamio multidireccional MP con los respectivos planos de trabajo para poder acceder a las partes subyacentes donde intervenir.
