Mainzu es una empresa pionera en la producción de revestimientos cerámicos. nacida en 1964, la empresa ubicada en la ciudad de Vila-Real ha estado siempre en la primera línea de un ámbito en constante evolución, especializándose en formatos pequeños y de calidad en relación a los estándares del sector. en cuanto al sistema productivo, Manufactura industrial Azulejera siempre ha destacado por su innovación, cuyos objetivos son la consecución de una alta productividad y de elevados estándares de calidad. De hecho, en 1998 la empresa se convirtió en la primera del sector cerámico español en implantar un sistema de control computarizado. esto conllevó una mayor eficiencia en el control de calidad gracias al visionado de la producción en tiempo real. el cambio realmente importante y tecnológico llega con la Alta Definición a partir del 2010. en efecto, la adopción de una nueva Máquina de inyección en dicho año permitió la búsqueda de nuevos límites en el campo del esmaltado, permitiendo a nuestros diseños alcanzar altas cotas de realismo, detalle y pureza. tal fue la demanda que en finales de 2011 se ampliaron todas las líneas de esmaltado a esta tecnología y ampliando de cuatro a seis colores nuestra gama cromática. todas nuestras máquinas de injección están ubicadas dentro de una sala especial totalmente aislada del exterior, debido a que su misión es evitar la entrada de agentes exteriores y mantener una regularidad en la presión y la temperatura del lugar. Así mismo, en el ámbito del sistema productivo destaca también el almacenamiento de los productos, al hallarse totalmente cubierto y, por ende, sumarse a la apuesta que hace Mainzu por los más elevados estándares de la industria. tales decisiones, junto a nuestra apuesta por la búsqueda y adaptación a los mercados exteriores, conllevan resultados no sólo en términos de estabilidad en tiempos de dificultades económicas, sino también en cuanto a la relevancia sectorial de la que goza. es por ello que, como compañía, Mainzu se debe a unos valores que combinan lo mejor de la tradición cerámica valenciana y la innovación constante. Manufactura industrial Azulejera has always leaded because of its innovations, which objectives are a large production and high quality standards. the company was the first one in the spanish ceramic industry to introduce a computerized control system, that made the quality control more efficient with the viewing real-time production. the most important and technologic change came with the high resolution, since 2010 the adaptation of this new technology made possible searching for new limits on the field of enameling, allowing our designers reach further levels of realism, details and purity. At the end of 2011 the large demand made essential to adjust every enamel line to this technology and to extend from four to six colors our chromatic shape. everyone of our high resolution inkjet printer are placed inside a specially isolated room to avoid the entrance of external particles and to keep a regulated pressure an temperature inside. in the scope of production system also stands out the storage of the goods, that is completely covered, maintaining the high quality standards of the product and package. these decisions, together with our bet for searching and adapting to exportation markets, carry results not only in terms of stability in times of economy difficulties, but also in relevance inside the sector. that is why, as a company, Mainzu is due to values that combine the best of Valencian tradition and constant innovation. NORMAS PARA LOS MÉTODOS DE PRUEBAS Dichas normas establecen los métodos para la determinación de las características dimensionales y de aspecto, de las propiedades físicas y de las propiedades químicas. La norma 14411 se refiere a los métodos de prueba de las nuevas normas UNE EN ISO 10545.
