PROPÓSITO Este documento tiene como propósito establecer los requerimientos técnicos y de calidad que deben cumplir los router con soporte de MPLS para nodos PE, para ser utilizados en las Subestaciones de Transmisión del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional. 2. ALCANCE Este documento establece la base técnica general para las adquisiciones de router PE con soporte de MPLS, para ser utilizados en las Subestaciones de Transmisión del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional. 3.DOCUMENTOS APLICABLES Los router PE con soporte de MPLS ofrecidos bajo estas especificaciones deberán cumplir con lo establecido en la última edición de las normas técnicas internacionales indicadas en la tabla 1. El fabricante debe presentar junto con la oferta un certificado donde manifieste el cumplimiento de las mismas. Tabla 1. DEFINICIONES, TERMINOS, SIMBOLOS, ABREVIATURAS 6.CARACTERÍSTICAS DE ROUTER CON SOPORTE MPLS 6.1El router PE debe contar con varios puertos físicos como se indica a continuación: 6.1.1 Contar con al menos 20 puertos ópticos de 1000Mbps, con slot de inserción tipo SFP LC 6.1.2 Contar con varios puertos ópticos de 10 Gbps con slot de inserción tipo LC, la cantidad de estos la definirá la topología de red MPLS 6.1.3 Interfaz serial RS-232 con soporte de protocolo VT-100 6.2 El equipo debe soportar una capacidad de conmutación mínima de 85 Gbps con capacidad non-blocking 6.3El equipo debe contar con 2 fuentes de alimentación interna de CD y CA, estas deben operar en paralelo y en caso de perder una la otra debe tener la capacidad de asumir toda la carga (a plena carga). El convertidor de 125/48 CD dede tener una potencia no menor de 2000 watts en configuración tipo 1+1. 6.4 La fuente de alimentación en AC debe operar desde los 110VCA hasta los 130 VCA como mínimo. 6.5 La fuente de alimentación DC debe operar desde -44 Vdc hasta -52Vdc como mínimo.
9/ 10 6.6 El equipo debe tener redundancia del sistema de abanicos de manera que pueda perder hasta el 50% de los mismos y seguir operando normalmente. 6.7 El equipo debe estar certificado para un rango de operación de 0 a 45 C y humedad relativa de 95% 6.8 Los equipos se deben entregar en gabinetes de comunicación en rack de telecomunicaciones en forma de repisa de 19 pulgadas, deben venir con la instalación del cableado, conmutadores, convertidor 125Vdc a 48 Vdc y accesorios de acuerdo al sitio según sea el requerimiento. 6.9 El equipo debe tener una garantía mínima de 2 años tanto para hardware así como actualizaciones de software. Además de un soporte de ingeniería local. 6.10 Se deben entregar los transmisores ópticos de 10 Gbps con presupuesto óptico correspondiente a la distancia requerida y conector LC para cada conmutador, estos deben ser 100% compatibles con el equipo ofertado. 6.11 Se debe entregar adicionalmente 4 patchcord de fibra óptica multimodo, dúplex de 4 metros conector LC-LC. 6.12 Se debe entregar adicionalmente 6 patchcord de fibra óptica monomodo, dúplex de 15 metros conector LC-LC. 7. DOCUMENTOS DE REFERENCIA La oferta debe presentar diagramas de alambrado interno de cada gabinete de comunicación.
