COMUNIDAD DE MADRID C) Otras Disposiciones Consejería de Presidencia, Justicia y Portavocía del Gobierno 27 DECRETO 88/2016, de 19 de septiembre, del Consejo de Gobierno, por el que se establecen las fiestas laborales para el año 2017 en la Comunidad de Madrid. El Texto Refundido del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto-Legislativo 1/1995, de 24 de marzo; la Ley 8/1984, de 25 de abril, declarando fiesta de la Comunidad de Madrid la jornada del 2 de mayo, y el artículo 45 del Real Decreto 2001/1983, de 28 de julio, modificado por el artículo único del Real Decreto 1346/1989, de 3 de noviembre, y declarado expresamente en vigor por la disposición derogatoria única del Real Decreto 1561/1995, de 21 de septiembre, establecen las decisiones que puede adoptar la Comunidad de Madrid en relación con la celebración en su territorio de las fiestas laborales de ámbito nacional. En su virtud, oídos los Grupos Parlamentarios de la Asamblea de Madrid, la Iglesia Católica y las instituciones económicas y sociales representativas en la Comunidad de Madrid, a propuesta del Consejero de Presidencia, Justicia y Portavoz del Gobierno, previa deliberación del Consejo de Gobierno, en su reunión del día 19 de septiembre de 2016, ACUERDA Artículo único Calendario laboral para el año 2017 El calendario laboral resultante para el año 2017 en el ámbito de la Comunidad de Madrid es el que se relaciona en el Anexo que se incorpora al presente Decreto, sin perjuicio de las dos fiestas locales que, además, corresponda celebrar en cada municipio. DISPOSICIONES FINALES Disposición final primera Comunicación al Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social De lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto se dará traslado al Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social antes del 30 de septiembre de 2016. Disposición final segunda Entrada en vigor y publicación El presente Decreto entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID. De acuerdo con la previsión contenida en el artículo 37.2 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre ( Boletín Oficial del Estado del 24), las fiestas laborales, de carácter retribuido y no recuperable, comprenderán dos fiestas locales.
