3 Connections to be made Attention! This interface will work with models that are either factory analog amplified, or non-amplified. Please follow the instructions carefully for your model vehicle. Failure to do so will result in either no sound, or low sound. If you are unsure if your vehicle is factory amplified or not, please contact your local dealership. From the LD-GMRC01RCA harness to the aftermarket radio: For models with a factory amplifier: Connect the Black wire to the ground wire. Connect the Yellow wire to the battery wire. Connect the Red wire to the accessory wire. Connect the Blue/White wire to the amp turn on wire. If the aftermarket radio has an illumination wire, connect the Orange/White wire to it. Connect the Gray RCA jack to the right front RCA output. Connect the White RCA jack to the left front RCA output. Connect the Green RCA jack to the right rear RCA output. Connect the Purple RCA jack to the right rear RCA output. For models without a factory amplifier: Connect the Black wire to the ground wire. Connect the Yellow wire to the battery wire. Connect the Red wire to the accessory wire. Connect the Blue/White wire to the power antenna wire. If the aftermarket radio has an illumination wire, connect the Orange/White wire to it. For the following (8) wires, cut off the RCA jack to expose the speaker wires. Connect the Gray wire to the right front positive speaker output. Connect the Gray/Black wire to the right front negative speaker output. Connect the White wire to the left front positive speaker output. Connect the White/Black wire to the left front negative speaker output. Connect the Green wire to the left rear positive speaker output. Connect the Green/Black wire to the left rear negative speaker output. Connect the Purple wire to the right rear positive speaker output. 5 Installing the LC-GMRC-CL29 With the key in the off position: Connect either the LD-LCGMRC01RCA or LD-LCLAN-01RCA harness into the interface, and then to the vehicle. Initializing the LC-GMRC-CL29 Attention! If the interface loses power for any reason, the following steps will need to be performed again. Turn the key (or push-to-start button) to the ignition position and wait until the radio comes on. Note: If the radio does not come on within 60 seconds, turn the key to the off position, disconnect the interface, check all connections, reconnect the interface, and then try again. Turn the key to the off position, and then to the accessory position. Test all functions of the installation for proper operation, before reassembling the dash. 5

Del arnés LD-GMRC01RCA al radio de mercado secundario: Para los modelos con amplificador de fábrica: Conecte el cable negro al cable de tierra. Conecte el cable amarillo al cable de la batería. Conecte el cable rojo con el cable de accesorios. Conecte el cable azul/blanco con el cable de encendido del amplificador. Si la radio no original tiene un cable de iluminación, conecte el cable naranja/blanco a ella. Conecte el conector RCA gris a la salida RCA delantera derecha. 13 Instalación del LC-GMRC-CL29 Con la llave en la posición de apagado: Conecte el arnés LD-LCGMRC01RCA o LD-LCLAN-01RCA en la interfase, y luego al vehículo. Inicialización del LC-GMRC-CL29 Atención: Si el interfase pierde la alimentación por cualquier motivo, deberá realizar el siguiente paso de nuevo. Girar la llave (o push-to-start botón) a la posición de encendido y espere hasta que la radio se enciende. Nota: Si la radio no se enciende dentro de los 60 segundos, gire la llave a la posición de apagado, desconecte la interfase, compruebe todas las conexiones, vuelva a conectar la interfase y, a continuación, inténtelo de nuevo.
