3 INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD Gracias por comprar el sistema de panel solar Premier. Para obtener el mejor rendimiento de su unidad, instale y use la unidad de acuerdo a las indicaciones dadas en este manual de instrucciones. Un uso inadecuado o una mala conexión puede causar accidentes o daños en la unidad. Use la unidad en lugares secos y bien ventilados. No la exponga a los rayos directos del sol o a fuentes de calor. Colóquela en un lugar donde no tenga riesgo de caerse. No revierta la polaridad de la batería. Siempre apague la unidad cuando no la este usando. CARACTERÍSTICAS Este panel solar transforma energía del sol natural en electricidad DC, la cual es almacenada en la batería. La batería luego puede ser usada para proporcionarle potencia a los bombillos LED DC incluida, a un ventilador DC, un televisor DC y otros dispositivos DC eléctricos pequeños, tales como teléfonos móviles, etc. Esta unidad ha sido diseñada para áreas rurales donde no exista red eléctrica. Puede ser adaptada en camping, RV y otras actividades en exteriores. 4 DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA UNIDAD 1. Cubierta superior de la unidad principal 2. Indicador de la capacidad de la batería. 3. Interruptor de chequeo: Cuando desee ver la capacidad de la batería, prenda este botón. 4. Interruptor de potencia principal: Controle la salida de todo el sistema con este interruptor. Cuando no use la unidad es muy importante que apague el interruptor. 5. Puerto USB: para cargar teléfonos móviles. Salida total de corriente USB 500mA. 6. LED rojo: Estado del estatus de carga. 7. Conector del panel solar: conecte el panel solar en este conector. 8. LED: Estatus de carga. 9. Conector de salida DC: 12V/8A. 4 rutas en total para SOL-5474 y 8 para SOL Si la corriente esta por encima del rango normal, la unidad activara el protector de sobre corriente y cortara la potencia. Una vez resuelto el problema, reconecte las cargas después de un minuto. Puede usar el otro conector DC con el enchufe DC adecuado. 10. 5 13. Batería: cargue la batería al menos cada tres meses. 14. PCBA con controlador de carga solar: Controla la corriente de carga solar y la salida de voltaje/corriente. 15. Panel solar: 40W para SOL-5474, 60W para SOL Atención! Si no va a usar la batería por un periodo de tiempo prolongado, cárguela cada mes. 6 INSTALACIÓN Y OPERACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD 1. Abra la caja y retire los accesorios y la unidad. Coloque el panel solar afuera y apúntelo hacia el sol. Conecte el cable con la unidad interior y encienda el interruptor. Si el voltímetro muestra actividad y el indicador de color rojo está encendido, significa que el panel solar está cargando la batería normalmente. Cuando la batería esta cargada completamente, el indicador LED rojo se apaga (La primera vez que utilice la máquina cárguela al menos 3 días seguidos y luego descargue). 2. Encienda la unidad, puede cargar bombillos LED y otros dispositivos DC 12V. 3. Esta máquina tiene una función anti descarga (prevención de descarga de la batería), así que debe asegurarse de que el panel solar esté siempre conectado a la unidad para asegurar que la batería obtenga más energía. Si usted utiliza la batería por un período prolongado, causará que la batería reduzca el voltaje (indicador de carga apagado, ninguna salida de carga; el voltímetro muestra 25% o 50%). Si esto sucede, utilice el panel solar para cargar la batería por 10 horas continuas y reinicie la unidad para recuperar el suministro de energía. 4. Hemos considerado plenamente las condiciones de uso de los usuarios. Los cables del panel solar y la lámpara LED son lo suficientemente largos, así que es importante que no los alargue más ni los modifique de ninguna manera. Si aún requiere cambiarlos, asegúrese que el cable de conexión del panel solar no será menor de 0.5mm 2 y que el cable del bombillo LED no sea menor de 0.3mm 2. Todos los cables de conexión tienen sus polos positivo y negativo, y es importante distinguirlos. MANTENIMIENTO El sistema debe utilizarse en interiores. No exponga la máquina a los rayos directos del sol ni la coloque en lugares húmedos. Si la máquina recibe agua por accidente, apague el interruptor de inmediato y seque el agua. Si no va a utilizar la máquina por un período prolongado apáguela y cargue la batería al menos cada mes No permita que la batería reduzca su voltaje, ya que esto reduce su vida útil. Si la batería ha descendido bastante su voltaje, cárguela en el menor tiempo posible. P-5

The battery can be used to power the provided DC LED lamp, DC TV, DC fan and charge for the other small DC devices, such as mobile phones, etc. This product is designed for rural areas where no grid exists and can be adapted to camping, RV and other outdoor activities. 3. 14 7. Circuit Diagram The above circuit diagram is just for reference. 8. Installation and operation Step 1: Open the box and take out the solar panel, accessories and machine. Put the solar panel outside and make it face the sun: connect the cable with the machine indoor, the battery is charged once the solar panel is connected the machine. When the red LED is on, the solar panel is been charging for the battery normally. When it charges full, the red ED shutdown. (If this is the first time you use this machine, please charge for 3 continuous days and then discharge the load) Step 2: Switch the main power switch on, you can load your LED bulb and other DC 12V loading. Step 3: This machine has anti-discharging function (prevent battery from discharging to solar panel), make sure the solar panel is always connected with the machine to assure the battery can get more power. If you use the battery for a long period. It would cause the battery to low voltage condition (load indicator off, no load output. The battery capacity shows at 25% or 50%).If this happens. Please use the solar panel to charge the battery for 10 continuous hours and restart the machine to recover the power supply. P-5

15 Step 4: We have fully considered the using condition of the users. The cables length for solar panels and LED bulb are long enough,so please do not lengthen them or change them at random. But if you have to change them or change them by yourself. Please make sure the size of the cable connection solar panel is not less than 0.5MM²,while for LED lamp, not less than 0.3mm².All the connection cables have negative and positive part, please distinguish them.
