Inappropriate disposal of UCO in the garbage or down the drain means needles damages: Costs due to manage UCO as a solid waste up to the landfill damages in sanitary installations in buildings, maintenance costs of public sewage, environmental impact, and the wastewater treatment. El vertido inapropiado de los aceites usados de cocina a la basura o por el desagüe supone perjuicios innecesarios: Costes por la gestión impropia como residuo sólido en la cadena hasta vertedero daños en las instalaciones sanitarias de los edificios, costes de mantenimiento del alcantarillado público, impacto ambiental, y costes para la depuración de aguas residuales. 2
Not to valorize UCO prevents: to have clean fuel (low NOx and CO2, no SOx) native energy production, to develop a sector that provides jobs and benefits, and to implement a required social service. No valorizar el aceite usado de cocina impide: disponer de un combustible limpio (bajo NOx y CO2, nulo SOx) energía de origen autóctono, desarrollar un sector que genera beneficios y puestos de trabajo, e implantar un servicio social necesario. 3
