Rodicar Hidráulica se constituye en 1992, desde el primer momento nos dedicamos en pleno a la fabricación de sistemas de lubricación y engrase. Con el paso de los años vamos ampliando instalaciones y maquinaria para adaptarnos a las cada vez más exigentes normativas del mercado. Nuestras instalaciones ocupan una superficie de 1.200 metros, repartidos entre oficinas, fabricación y almacén. El 75% de nuestra facturación de destina a la exportación a Europa, Asia y América. Nuestra gama de productos abarca un amplio rango de equipamiento para instalaciones de lubricación y engrase: bombas neumáticas para todo tipo de fluidos: aceite nuevo, aceite usado, anticongelante y líquidos corrosivos, grasas, así como todo tipo de útiles para el manejo de los mismos: carros móviles, bandejas recogedoras, pórticos y todo lo necesario para la gestión de los lubricantes en un taller. Ante cualquier necesidad que surja, al ser fabricantes, podemos solucionar la misma sin depender de proveedores externos. Disponemos de unidades móviles para la instalación de nuestros productos, así como de un servicio de asistencia propio para cualquier incidencia que surja. En nuestros almacenes tenemos en stock el despiece completo de nuestros productos para que en ningún caso la reparación de sus equipos sobrepase las 48 horas. Desde el año 2005 tenemos acreditada la certificación ISO 9001, lo cual garantiza un proceso de control sobre nuestros productos desde la fabricación hasta la distribución de los mismos. Ponemos a su disposición un departamento técnico y comercial que le asesorará en todo momento sobre las necesidades de su empresa, siempre poniéndonos en el lugar el cliente para la mejor optimización de costes. Lubrication SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE FLUIDOS 12 Lubricación El sistema de control de fluidos RFC (Rodicar Fluid Control), es la herramienta imprescindible en todo taller o industria, en el que el movimiento de aceites requiera un control exhaustivo, para obtener un mayor beneficio y rentabilidad de los mismos. Las múltiples dispensaciones realizadas por distintos operarios, requieren un control que únicamente es posible conseguir con un sistema informático fiable. Nuestro sistema enlaza directamente la consola con el PC sin la necesidad de complicados sistemas de protocolo ni de un hardware, sólo un cable RS232/485.
