o La estructura de nuestros túneles plegables es de aluminio anodizado de color plata, consiguiendo una estructura ligera y fácil de manejar. o Cada módulo individual está equipado con un conjunto de aluminio pantógrafos transversales y sistema de tensión relacionados, que permiten el túnel que se extiende y se retrae fácilmente. o Las estructuras funcionan con ruedas de nylon y se pueden en una guías anti levantamiento. De forma alternativa en los túneles más ligeros se pueden montar neumáticos de goma. o La cubierta está fabricada a partir de un tejido ignífugo M2 y cada módulo está separado equipado con una tira de cedro en cada guías que el lado del PVC en la ranura Dentro del perfil. Dos a los paneles individuales es mucho corte más fácil y más rentable para reemplazarlos si está dañada en lugar de sustituir el conjunto de la cubrir. o Correderas cortinas de PVC en cada extremo se pueden incluir como opción extra. o El túnel se puede fabricar a l a medida y forma que el cliente necesite, nos adaptamos a sus necesidades o The supporting structure of our retractable tunnels is manufactured from silver coloured anodized aluminium, making it light and easy to handle. o Each individual module is equipped with a set of aluminiumcross pantographs and related tensioning system, which allow the tunnel to be easily extended and retracted. o The structures run on nylon wheels and can be fitted on lift proof tracks for additional stability, alternatively the lighter tunnels can include pneumatic rubber tyres. o The cover is manufactured from an M2 flame retardant fabric and each module is separately fitted with a cader strip on each side that guides the PVC into the groove within the profile. Due to the individual panels it is a lot easier and more cost effective to replace them if damaged instead of replacing the whole of the cover. o Sliding PVC curtains at each end can be included as an optional extra. o Each tunnel is made specifically to the clients requirements so if you have a bespoke size or your application is unusual we are more than happy to help.
