3 1. Product Overview SIHI Mexico México S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Sprint Mexico ) offers the Service to give customers access to Sprint's high-quality, robust, and flexible Internet Protocol network and, through that, access to the Internet. NOTE: The obligation of Sprint Mexico to provide service is dependent upon its ability to procure and maintain facilities which are required to meet the customer's order for service. Availability of must be confirmed at the time the order is placed. Service availability and bandwidth speeds may vary within the country. 2. Pricing Components and Pricing Structure The following sections contain the Pricing Components and Pricing Structure Pricing Components The pricing components for Sprint México, S. de R.L. de C.V. ( Sprint Mexico ) service are as follows: Port Monthly Recurring Charge Port Installation Fees Local Access Monthly Recurring Charge Local Access Installation Fees Additional Services 2.2. Pricing Structure Port Port / Ethernet Port speeds range from 2M to Full Ethernet. Flat rate pricing is provided. Depending on capacity requirements, pricing for higher speeds, may be available by request. Burstable pricing is not provided here but may also be available by special request Port Installation Port Installation fees are based on port speed. Port installation fees may be waived in some instances Sprint Mexico Provided Local Access Standard local access is provided by Sprint Mexico through a licensed local access provider. page 3 of 5

4 Standard local access pricing is comprised of the following: local loop charges - Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), and installation charges - Non-Recurring Charge (NRC). Customers have the option of obtaining local access on their own. It is not required that they go through Sprint Mexico for this service. 3. Pricing 3.1 Flat Rate Port Pricing In the event of a rate change now or in the future, the customer will be charged the rate agreed to in the customer contract. Installation fees at higher speeds are available by request. Installation fees may be waived in some cases. 3.3 Local Access and Other Applicable Charges Standard Local Access Standard local access and local access installation fees are not included in the port pricing but are available upon request. Additional charges may also apply for applicable usage taxes, VAT, and Universal Service Obligations. page 5 of 5

6 3.4 Upgrade Fee Existing customers may upgrade an existing Sprint Mexico port to a higher speed. An upgrade may require new access and port arrangements which may result in a new MRC and NRC. 3.5 Additional Services IP Addresses- IP addresses are available at no charge. Pricing for the optional additional Services is not included here but can be provided on request. service can be sold in conjunction with other services such as MPLS VPN. These products are priced separately. Please refer to individual pricing guides for terms. 3.6 Discounts Customers subscribing to a one, two, or three-year term may receive a discount off the customer's applicable Monthly Recurring port charges.
