5 Ficha técnica / Technical datasheet Funcionamiento / Operation No es necesaria la puesta en hora del SOLAR-LED ya que incorpora un reloj interno que se sincroniza con el Sol. El tiempo que permanecerá encendida la luminaria asociada irá adaptándose automáticamente a la duración de las noches, a lo largo del año. Cuando comienza la noche, el controlador SOLAR-LED alimenta el módulo de LED a plena potencia. Según transcurre la noche, el nivel de potencia se puede reducir según el perfil y niveles definidos en las ruletas de selección según se comenta más adelante. Si durante la noche, la batería se descargara demasiado, se reducirá la potencia para ahorrar energía e intentar mantener el tiempo de alumbrado previsto. Si la batería alcanza su nivel máximo de descarga, se desconectará el módulo de leds para proteger a la batería de una descarga excesiva. 6 55AÑOS Funcionamiento de la batería / Battery operations Protección contra descargas profundas de la batería. Las descargas profundas reducen la vida media de la batería. El supervisa continuamente la tensión de batería para evitar que se llegue a una descarga profunda de la misma. Si la tensión baja de unos valores preestablecidos se producirá una reducción de la potencia de los LED según se indican en la siguiente tabla: Protection Against deep discharge of the battery. Funcionamiento en modo DIA. Durante el modo día, el apaga el módulo LED y carga la batería. Durante el proceso de carga se monitoriza continuamente el valor de la tensión de la batería estableciéndose las siguientes fases: Fase BULK: Al hacerse de DIA, estando la batería bastante descargada, se inicia esta fase en el que la corriente de carga de batería es la máxima de pueda dar el Panel. Esta fase se prolonga hasta que la tensión del la batería llega aproximadamente 14.4V (28.8V para baterías de 24V).Tras la fase BULK se pasa a la fase BOOST. Fase BOOST: En esta fase el SOLAR-LED aporta a la batería una corriente pulsada (PWM) inversamente proporcional al nivel de carga. Se supervisa en todo momento la tensión de la batería. Cuando esta llega aproximadamente a 13.7V (27.4V para baterías de 24V) la batería se da por cargada. Fase de Mantenimiento: El monitoriza la batería cargada y periódicamente aporta una pequeña cantidad de corriente pulsada para compensar la auto descarga natural. Maintenance Phase: The, monitors the battery charge and regularly contributes with a small amount of pulsed current, to compensate the natural self-discharge. 7 Instalación de panel y batería / Installation of pannel and battery Consideraciones de instalación. La instalación y montaje del equipo debe ser realizado exclusivamente por un instalador especializado autorizado, siendo obligatoria la previa lectura de la Ficha Técnica, ver en Inclinación del Panel Con el fin de obtener un mejor aprovechamiento de la irradiación solar y carga de la batería la inclinación del panel, medida en grados estará relacionada con la latitud de la instalación y varía de un lugar a otro. En ETI disponemos del programa que permite calcular la adecuada inclinación y orientación en cada caso.
