Ayudante de Conexión del Servidor El asistente aparecerá automáticamente la primera vez que inicie Illustrator tras instalar los plug-ins DeskPack y cada vez que se borren los archivos de preferencias de Illustrator (para CS6) o los archivos de Preferencias de Plug-ins Esko (CC o posteriores). También puede encontrar el Asistente para configurar DeskPack: Editar Preferencias Esko Asistente de Conexión del Servidor... (en un PC) o Illustrator Preferencias Esko Asistente de Conexión del Servidor... (en un Mac). Nota: No sólo DeskPack Container, sino también bg_data_cms_v010 se montará si tiene la licencia Color Connection Engine. El Asistente para configurar es una herramienta de configuración tipo asistente. Indica los plug-in DeskPack: 1. Qué servidor Automation Engine usar (por ejemplo, en qué servidor escribir datos temporales y ejecutar flujos de trabajo). Nota: Este servidor se agregará automáticamente a la lista de servidores Shuttle. Ver la documentación de Shuttle. 2. La ubicación del archivo de DeskPack Container (de forma predeterminada este recurso compartido se encuentra en el servidor Automation Engine). 3. Qué cuenta de usuario se debe usar para montar los recursos compartidos de DeskPack (contenedor, cms). 13 2 3. Si necesita cambiar a otro servidor Automation Engine diferente. En este caso, el Asistente para Configurar se puede iniciar manualmente con el menú: Illustrator Preferencias Esko Asistente de Conexión del Servidor... El Asistente para configurar paso a paso 1. Al ejecutar el Asistente para configurar, aparecerá esta pantalla de introducción. Elegir la primera opción para conectar a un Automation Engine Server Elegir la segunda opción si solo desea conectar a un Color Engine compartido, sin usar un Automation Engine Server completo. Si el compartido no está en el servidor especificado o i si no está disponible, se mostrará un mensaje. Si lo cancela, en su lugar se usará el CMS bonsai. Elija la tercera opción para eliminar la conexión a un servidor. 2. Pulse la flecha derecha para continuar. Rellene el nombre del servidor Automation Engine. Este es el nombre del equipo (nombre de la red) de Windows 2003 o Windows 2008 Server que los plug-ins utilizarán como servidor para ejecutar las tareas en segundo plano. 13

Dirección IP de DeskPack Server Si el Ayudante de Instalar no puede recuperar la dirección IP correspondiente al nombre del servidor que se ha introducido, se mostrará una pantalla adicional que permite especificar la dirección IP manualmente. 4. Le permite especificar el nombre del servidor que almacena el recurso compartido de archivos de DeskPack Container. De forma predeterminada, el recurso compartido se encuentra en el servidor Automation Engine. En Mac, esta ventana también le permitirá especificar el protocolo que se debe usar para montar el DeskPack Container (y otros recursos compartidos de datos). AFP (Apple File Protocol). (ya no se recomienda y no está disponible en Windows 2008 ni en Mac OS 10.7 y superiores) El protocolo de Windows SMB (Samba) (predeterminado). La forma correcta es "Nombre-de-dominio/nombredeusuario" o "Nombrede-dominio\nombredeusuario" en el cuadro de edición Nombre de usuario. 6. La siguiente pantalla confirma que el servidor ha encontrado la red. 7. Haga clic en Continuar y, a continuación, en Listo para finalizar la configuración. 15

Ejecutar flujo de trabajo mediante Shuttle (PDF) Utilice Ejecutar flujo de trabajo para enviar el documento actual a una tarea de salida determinada (que se ejecuta en un segundo plano en el servidor). Pulsar Menú Ventana > Esko > Ejecutar Flujo de Trabajo... El cuadro de diálogo Ejecutar flujo de trabajo aparece: Si recibe los siguientes mensajes: Debe convertir sus flujos de trabajo en públicos en Automation Engine Pilot.
