2 CARACTERÍSTICAS Y FUNCIONAMIENTO. 1. Al recibir una llamada, la imagen aparece instantáneamente en su monitor. Mientras usted visualiza la visita, ésta no advierte su presencia en la vivienda hasta que no se establece contacto auditivo. 2. Para establecer contacto auditivo basta con descolgar el auricular o pulsar una vez el botón de comunicación, según modelo de monitor, en los 30 seg. siguientes a la recepción de la llamada. Si se agota este tiempo, el monitor se desconecta perdiendo la llamada. 3. La comunicación finalizará automáticamente una vez transcurridos 60 seg. desde que se estableció contacto auditivo. También se puede finalizar la comunicación colgando el auricular o pulsando el botón de encendido/apagado. Una vez finalizada la comunicación, dispone de 30 seg. para retomarla pulsando el botón de encendido/apagado y descolgando el auricular o pulsando el botón de comunicación, según modelo de monitor. 4. La apertura de la puerta se realiza mediante el pulsador de abrepuertas. 5. Para realizar vigilancia, pulsar el botón de encendido/apagado. La imagen aparecerá en el monitor. Si además quiere establecer contacto auditivo, descuelgue el auricular o pulse el botón de comunicación, según modelo de monitor. Durante la vigilancia puede abrir la puerta en cualquier momento mediante el botón de abrepuertas. La vigilancia finalizará automáticamente a los 60 seg. de iniciada, o pulsando de nuevo el botón de encendido/apagado. 6. Para otras aplicaciones, cuenta con un pulsador auxiliar libre de potencial. 7. Para conseguir una adecuada calidad de imagen los monitores disponen de ajuste de brillo y contraste/color. Si hay conectada una conserjería en la instalación, el funcionamiento es el siguiente: 1. Al recibir una llamada desde la conserjería, el monitor emite un sonido bitonal. En la pantalla del monitor no aparece ninguna imagen. Descuelgue el auricular o pulse el botón, según modelo de monitor, para establecer comunicación audio. 2. Para realizar una llamada desde el monitor de la vivienda a la conserjería, descuelgue el auricular y pulse el botón abrepuertas, o pulse durante 1 segundo el botón de comunicación, según modelo de monitor. Llegados a este punto pueden ocurrir tres cosas: a) Si la conserjería está libre, en el auricular se escuchan tonos de llamada. b) Si el bus está ocupado por otro usuario, en el monitor no se escucha ningún sonido. c) Si la conserjería se encuentra en modo REPOSO, en el auricular se escuchan tres tonos de ocupado, indicando con ello que la llamada ha sido memorizada en la conserjería. Todos estos dispositivos son para uso exclusivo en instalaciones de porteros y videoporteros GUINAZ. Su instalación debe realizarse tal y como se especifica en esta guía y aplicando la reglamentación vigente. La manipulación interna de estos productos sólo puede realizarse por personal especializado, y siempre con el equipo desconectado de la alimentación. Mantenga siempre despejadas las ranuras de ventilación de los monitores; en ningún caso pueden quedar obstruidas o tapadas. Los monitores están diseñados para ser instalados en interiores; no se han de exponer a gotas o proyecciones de agua. Se recomienda instalar los monitores en lugares desde los cuales se escuche la llamada en toda la vivienda, y que estén alejados de fuentes de calor (radiadores, estufas, etc.) o de ambientes agresivos (cocinas, etc.). To make a call from a dwelling to the portier s central unit, unhook the telephone and press the door opener button, or press the audio communication button for 1 second, according to monitor model. Three things may occur at this point: a) If the portier s central unit is free, the call tone is heard on the telephone. b) If the bus is occupied by another user, the monitor will make no sound. c) If the portier s central unit is in IDLE state, the telephone emits three busy tones, this indicating the call has been saved in the portier s central unit. All these devices are for exclusive use in facilities of video door entry sistems of GUINAZ. The installation must be made such as it is specified in this guide and is applied the effective regulation. The product must be handle only by especialized personnel, and always with the disconnected equipment of the feeding. Always maintain cleared the grooves of ventilation of the devices; in no case they can be obstructed or covered. The monitors should be installed indoors; not be exposed to water droplets or projections. Installing the monitor in places where calls can be heard all around the dwelling and far from heat sources (radiators, heaters, etc.) or aggressive environments (kitchens, etc.) is recommended. 2

4 CONFIGURACIÓN DE MICROINTERRUPTORES. DIP-SWITCH CONFIGURATION. La tarjeta de conexiones de cada base mural o caja empotrable, posee un grupo de nueve microinterruptores. Los ocho primeros microinterruptores configuran el número de vivienda asignado al monitor. El microinterruptor número 9 configura el monitor como principal o como supletorio. En instalaciones de vídeo con cable par trenzado cat.5 (100 ohm) y siendo el monitor el último de su rama de distribución (el cable de vídeo sólo entra a la tarjeta), hay que cortar la resistencia de 75 ohm colocada en la posición R1 y colocar la resistencia de 100 ohm que se sirve con la base mural en las bornas libres M/L y V/H de la tarjeta de conexiones. Aplicación para instalaciones en las que se necesita que suene un tono de llamada en el monitor cuando se acciona un pulsador ajeno a la instalación de videoportero (por ejemplo, timbre de entrada directa a la vivienda). Para poder diferenciar desde donde se ha producido la llamada, este 2º tono tiene un sonido distinto del generado cuando se llama desde la placa calle del sistema de videoportero. El 2º tono no enciende el monitor. Si el monitor está en comunicación audio o en videovigilancia, la llamada del 2º tono tendrá un volumen más bajo. La forma de conectar el pulsador se detalla en la página 5, en el apartado CABLEADO TARJETA CONEXIONES. Para regular el volumen del tono de llamada en el monitor, se ha de pulsar y mantener pulsado el botón de abrepuertas con el monitor en estado de reposo. Al cabo de 1 segundo, el tono de llamada suena y el volumen va bajando paulatinamente hasta el mínimo posible. A partir de aquí y sin soltar el botón de abrepuertas, el volumen va subiendo progresivamente hasta el máximo posible. Cuando se llega al volumen deseado, basta con soltar el botón de abrepuertas para que quede automáticamente memorizado en el monitor. El volumen seleccionado se aplica tanto al tono de llamada desde placa calle como al 2º tono. Véase la página 5, apartado CABLEADO TARJETA CONEXIONES. Esta señal está referida a la masa del sistema (cable 2M) y se puede utilizar para activar funciones ajenas a la instalación de videoportero.
