Estantería Modular MMSlog de Dimensiones Normalizadas (según ISO 3394) Standard Size MMSlog Modular Shelving (according to ISO 3394) ESTANTERÍA MODULAR MMSlog de dimensiones normalizadas según ISO 3394 apta para el almacenamiento y gestión en sistema Kanban de material fungible/sanitario, consta de 4 elementos básicos: I. MONTANTE MONOBLOC II. SET DE CONECTRES ESTRUCTURALES III. TENSOR/ESTABILIZADOR IV. SET DE GUÍAS DESLIZANTES El MONTANTE MONOBLOC es el elemento estructural vertical/lateral anterior-posterior del que consta una sección de estantería modular, cada sección está dotada de 2 ó 1 montante monobloc según se trate de una sección incial o sección siguiente respectivamente. El montante monobloc está fabricado en perfilería/tubo de acero 30x30x2 mm, y exteriormente pintado al epoxy en color malva. El perfil vertical del montante monobloc dispone 22 puntos de anclaje/apoyo para las guías deslizantes, en intervalos de 75 mm, y en la parte distal superior e inferior dispone de varios puntos de anclaje para conectores y tensor estructurales. En los extremos inferiores del montante incorporan un par de patas niveladoras regulables en altura (de 0 a 30 mm), y ajustables con sólo el uso de una llave fija. Las dimensiones del montante son de 635*30*2100 mm (l*p*a) y/o 435*30*2100 mm (l*p*a), según se utilice la cesta/ cubeta en el ancho 600 mm ó 400mm respectivamente. Los CONECTORES son los elementos estructulares que permi- ten la unión entre montantes monobloc, son de fácil/rápida instalación y la unión del conector al montante se afianza con un tornillo y tuerca de acero inoxidable. El conector está fabricado en pletina de acero plegado de 3 mm espesor, y exteriormente pintado al epoxy en color malva. Cada seccion de estantería dispone de 2 conectores superiores anterior y posterior y 2 conectores inferiores centrales. Las longitudes del conector son de 613 ó 415 mm, según se utilice la cesta/cubeta en el ancho 600 ó 400 mm respectivamente. El TENSOR/ESTABILIZADOR es el elemento posterior estabilizador, es de fácil y rápida instalación y la unión del tensor con el montante se afianza con un tornillo y una tuerca de acero inoxidable. El ancho del tensor es de 613 ó 415 mm, según se utilice la cesta o la cubeta en el ancho 600 ó 400 mm respectivamente. La GUÍA DESLIZANTE está ubicada en la luz interior de la sección estantería modular, sobre ella se apoya y desliza la cesta/cubeta de dimeniones normalizadas, y el conjunto permite la cómoda accesibilidad al producto sanitario almacenado en cesta/cubeta. Cada sección estantería está equipada con 10 pares de guías deslizantes en horizontales o diagonales (parte superior), fácilmente intercambiables y graduables en altura en pasos de 75 mm. La guía completa consta de dos elementos, el PERFIL GUÍA fabricado en ABS extrusionado color azul y de longitudes MMSlog MODULAR SHELVING, standard size according to ISO 3394 and suitable for storage and organisation of perishable/ medical material using the Kanban system, consisting of 4 basic elements: I. SET OF SLIDING GUIDES The MONOBLOCK UPRIGHT is the vertical/side rear-front structural element of which a section of modular shelving consists. Each section includes 2 or 1 monoblock upright depending on whether it is an initial section or an adjoining section, respectively. The monoblock upright is made of 30x30x2 mm steel profiles/tubes and is epoxy-painted mauve. The vertical profile of the monoblock upright has 22 mooring/support points for the sliding guides every 75 mm and the upper and lower distal part has several mooring points for structural connectors and brace. The bottom ends of the upright are fitted with a pair of height-adjustable (from 0 to 30 mm) levelling feet that can be easily adjusted using a spanner. The upright measures 635*30*2100 mm (l*d*h) and/or 435*30*2100 mm (l*d*h), depending on whether the basket/tray with a width of 600 mm or 400 mm is used, respectively. The CONNECTORS are the structural elements used to connect the monoblock uprights. They are easy/fast to install and the connector is secured to the upright using a stainless steel nut and bolt. The connector is made of 3 mm thick bent steel plate and is epoxy-painted mauve. Each shelving section has 2 front and rear upper connectors and 2 central lower connectors. The lengths of the connector are 613 or 415 mm, depending on whether the basket/tray with a width of 600 or 400 mm is used, respectively. The BRACE/STABILISER is the rear stabilising element that is fast and easy to install and is secured to the upright using a stainless steel nut and bolt.
