Ensure that boat does not contact vehicle while loading or unloading; otherwise, damage to vehicle or boat could occur. For extra protection to vehicle place towel on edge of roof when loading and unloading. Ensure bottom of hull is clean before loading to avoid damaging boat surface or Hydro-Glide xt. Always tie down bow and stern of boat to vehicle bumpers or tow hooks. Do not exceed weight limitation of racks or factory installed bars. Ensure load carrier or factory cross bars are properly installed and tight to vehicle. Failure to follow above guidelines voids warranty. Boat weight should not exceed 75 lbs.

3 CONNECTING FRONT/REAR ASSEMBLY TOGETHER Slide Front and back frame assemblies together. Align coupler hole with front and back frame holes. Fasten using self taping screw and # Phillips screw driver. 4 ATTACHING SET TO GO SADDLES ON FRONT ASSEMBLY Loosely attach 60mm carriage bolt and 3 wing knob through metal bracket as shown. Attach second 60mm bolt and 3 wing knob and tighten securely. Position Set to Go saddles on front load bar as illustrated.

5 ATTACHING HYDRO GLIDE SADDLES ON REAR ASSEMBLY Position Hydro Glide saddles on rear load bar as illustrated. Loosely attach 60mm carriage bolt and 3 wing knob through metal bracket as shown. Attach second 60mm bolt and 3 wing knob and tighten securely. 6 INSTALLATION TO VEHICLE Place assembled frame on top of vehicles load bars. NOTE: Load bars must be positioned at a minimum of 4 apart! Additional adjustments to load bar position may need to be made to optimize roller position for loading!

7 ATTACHMENT TO VEHICLE Thule square load bar, Xsporter and Yakima round load bar Loosely attach 60mm carriage bolt and knob as shown. Look up your vehicle in the included Hardware Fit Guide. Identify the proper bolt length for your vehicle. Loosely attach carriage bolt and knob as shown. Attach second bolt and 3 wing knob and tighten securely. Repeat for all four load bar attachment points. 8 KAYAK LOADING AND TRANSPORT Adjust load bars along frame for optimal support location. Tighten wing knob securely on all four supports. NOTE: Consult boat manufacturer for proper storage and transporting guidelines.

9 SET TO GO SADDLE ADJUSTMENT a. Loosen knob and lower or raise saddle. b. Adjust saddle angle for maximum hull contact. c. Retighten knobs. NOTE: Adjust for hull width can be made along load bar by moving cradle. Loosen wing knob, position and securely re-tighten wing knob. 0 HYDRO GLIDE SADDLE ADJUSTMENT Position saddles for the approximate width of your boat. Ensure that there is clearance between load bars & hull. Tighten knobs. NOTE: Additional adjustments can be made once boat is loaded. KAYAK LOADING With handles open on slider assembly, slide frame to back of vehicle. Close cams on all four slider assembies. NOTE: Ensure that roller is slightly past rear edge of vehicle to prevent unwanted boat-tovehicle contact.

Wipe bottom of hull prior to mounting. Rest front of boat on Hydro-Glide with Roller. Standing behind or next to boat, lift up back end of boat and push boat forward on vehicle, sliding on Hydro-Glides. Make sure kayak reaches front loadbar before lowering. 3 Slide boat onto vehicle completely. It may be necessary to readjust the distance between your saddles for a good fit. This occurs when Hydro-Glide pads are close to horizontal with boat installed. Make sure boat is in line with vehicle. Securely tighten knobs. FRONT 4 Route free end of strap, with logo side up, through the Buckle Bumper as shown. Pull Buckle Bumper over buckle to protect boat and vehicle while strapping down boat. 5 Make sure weight is evenly distributed front to rear. Always route straps under the bar as shown. Slide Buckle Bumper off the buckle. Place strap through the buckle as shown. Tighten strap and reposition Buckle Bumper over buckle. Ensure straps do not go over cockpit cowling or other non-load bearing boat details before cinching straps. FRONT REAR

6 Open all four cam levers on slider assembly. 7 Slide boat and frame forward until frame assembly stops or is centered over the vehicles load bars. 8 Close all four cam levers on slider assembly. 9 BOW / STERN TIE DOWN Carefully attach hook to end of rope. 0 Feed end of rope up through the bottom while rotating the spool clockwise. Keep rotating the spool until rope exits at the bottom.

Attach to load at secure points. Attach bottom hook to vehicle bumper or tow hook. Use attachment strap for better load clearance, if necessary. Pull free end of rope until desired tightness is reached. Do not overtighten as this could deform boat. To release, press lever located above ratchet spool. WARNING: Do not exceed load 50lb. limit of QuickDraw. Inspect rope and ratchet before each use. Do NOT use if damaged. Avoid sharp edges, pinch points, abrasive or hot surfaces. 3 Always tie down front and rear of long loads to the vehicle s front and rear bumper or tow loops.
