99-7519B Dash Disassembly 1. Unclip panel below steering column and remove. (Figure A) 2. Remove (4) Phillips screws from metal brace below steering column and remove. (Figure A) 3. Looking at the side of the radio/climate control panel from underneath the steering column opening, remove (1) 10mm bolt from the side of the radio chassis. (Figure B) 4. With the center console lid closed unclip and remove the cover on the back side of the center console and remove the (2) Phillips screws revealed. (Figure C) 5. 99-7519B Dash Disassembly 4. Remove (2) Phillips screws from bottom and remove center fascia panel. (Figure D) 6. Unclip, unplug and remove the entire center console. (Figure E) 7. Remove the (2) Phillips screws securing the side panels from each side of the radio/climate control panel. (Figure F) 8. Carefully remove the side panels from each side of the radio/climate control panel by pulling straight back towards the rear of the car. 99-7519B 9. Remove (2) Phillips screws, (1) on each side, from the side of the radio/climate control panel. (Figure H) 10. Pull radio/climate control panel out, disconnect plugs and remove. (Figure I) Dash Disassembly 11. Turn the radio/climate control panel over and remove the (4) screws that hold the climate control to the bezel, then remove the climate control. Kit Preparation 99-7519B Radio Housing Preparation 1. Attach the (4) Panel Clips to the posts on the back of the radio housing. (Figure A) Continue to kit assembly (Figure A)
Kit Assembly 99-7519B DIN Head Unit Provision 1. Turn over the 99-7519B housing, take the climate control and screws removed from the factory panel and attach the climate control to the kit housing using the factory screws. (Figure A) 2 Slide the pocket into the bottom section of the kit housing. (Figure B) 3. Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure C) 4. Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra or AXXESS. Test the unit for proper operation. 5. Kit Assembly 99-7519B ISO DIN Head Unit Provision 1. Turn over the 99-7519B housing, take the climate control and screws removed from the factory panel and attach the climate control to the kit housing using the factory screws. (Figure A) 2 Slide the pocket into the bottom section of the kit housing. (Figure B) 3. Mount the ISO Brackets to the head unit with the screws supplied with the unit. (Figure C) 4. Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra or AXXESS. Test the unit for proper operation. 5. Slide the head unit into the radio opening until the side clips engage. (Figure D) 6. Snap the Trim plate into the Radio Housing. Reassemble dash in reverse order of disassembly. Kit Assembly 99-7519B Double DIN Head Unit Provision 1. Turn over the 99-7519B housing, take the climate control and screws removed from the factory panel and attach the climate control to the kit housing using the factory screws. (Figure A) 2 Cut the rib in the middle of the 99-7519B housing to make room for the DDIN brackets. (Figure A) 3. Slide the appropriate DDIN bracket into the kit housing. (Figure B) 4. Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra or AXXESS. Test the unit for proper operation. 5. Slide the DDIN radio unit into DDIN brackets and secure the unit to the kit using the screws supplied with the head unit. (Figure C) 6. Snap the DDIN trim plate into the front of the kit housing. Kit Assembly 99-7519B Stacked ISO DIN Head Unit Provision 1. Turn over the 99-7519B housing, take the climate control and screws removed from the factory panel and attach the climate control to the kit housing using the factory screws. (Figure A) 2 Cut the rib in the middle of the 99-7519B housing to make room for the DDIN brackets. (Figure A) 3. Slide the appropriate DDIN bracket into the kit housing. (Figure B) 4. Slide the stacked ISO DIN units into the DDIN bracket assembly and secure the units to the kit using the screws supplied with the head units. (Figure C) 5. Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra or AXXESS. Test the unit for proper operation. 6. 99-7519B Desmontaje Del Tablero 1. Desenganche el panel que se encuentra debajo de la columna de la dirección y retírelo. (Figura A) 2. Retire (4) tornillos Phillips del refuerzo de metal que se encuentra debajo de la columna de la dirección y retírela. (Figura A) 3. Observando el costado del panel del radio/de control de clima desde abajo de la abertura de la columna de dirección, retire (1) perno de 10 mm del lado del chasis del radio. (Figura B) 4. Con la tapa de la consola central cerrada, desenganche y retire la cubierta que se encuentra en el lado posterior de la consola central, y retire los (2) tornillos Phillips visibles. (Figura C) 5. Desenganche, desenchufe y retire toda la consola central. (Figura E) 7. Retire los (2) tornillos Phillips que sujetan los paneles laterales de cada lado del panel del radio/de control de clima. (Figura F) 8. Retire con cuidado los paneles laterales de cada lado del panel del radio/de control de clima jalando en línea recta hacia atrás, hacia la parte trasera del automóvil. Jale el panel del radio/de control de clima hacia afuera, desconecte los enchufes y retire. (Figura I) 11. Gire el panel del radio/de control de clima hacia arriba y retire los (4) tornillos que sostienen el control de clima al marco y, luego, retire el control de clima. Preparación Del Kit 99-7519B Radio Preparación de Vivienda 1. Coloque los (4) ganchos del panel en los postes que se encuentran en la parte posterior del alojamiento del radio. (Figura A) Continuará montaje del kit (Figura A)
Montaje Del Kit 99-7519B Accesorio Para Unidades Centrales DIN 1. Gire hacia arriba el alojamiento del 99-7519B, tome el control de clima y los tornillos que se retiraron del panel de fábrica y coloque el control de clima en el alojamiento del kit usando los tornillos de fábrica. (Figura A) 2 Deslice el bolsillo en la sección inferior del alojamiento del kit. (Figura B) 3. Deslice la caja DIN en el alojamiento del radio y sujétela doblando las lengüetas de cierre de metal hacia abajo. (Figura C) 4. Ubique el arnés de cableado de fábrica en el tablero. Metra recomienda utilizar el adaptador de acoplamiento adecuado de Metra y/o AXXESS. Prueba si la unidad funciona adecuadamente. 5. Deslice la unidad central de posventa en la caja y sujétela. Montaje Del Kit 99-7519B Accesorio Para Unidades Centralies DIN ISO 1. Gire hacia arriba el alojamiento del 99-7519B, tome el control de clima y los tornillos que se retiraron del panel de fábrica y coloque el control de clima en el alojamiento del kit usando los tornillos de fábrica. (Figura A) 2 Deslice el bolsillo en la sección inferior del alojamiento del kit. (Figura B) 3. Monte los soportes ISO en la unidad central con los tornillos suministrados con la unidad. (Figura C) 4. Ubique el arnés de cableado de fábrica en el tablero. Metra recomienda utilizar el adaptador de acoplamiento adecuado de Metra y/o AXXESS. Prueba si la unidad funciona adecuadamente. 5. Deslice la unidad central en la abertura del radio hasta que enganchen los ganchos laterales. (Figura D) 6. Coloque a presión la placa de terminación en el alojamiento del radio. Montaje Del Kit 99-7519B Accesorio Para Unidades Centrales DIN Dobles 1. Gire hacia arriba el alojamiento del 99-7519B, tome el control de clima y los tornillos que se retiraron del panel de fábrica y coloque el control de clima en el alojamiento del kit usando los tornillos de fábrica. (Figura A) 2 Corte la varilla que se encuentra en el medio del alojamiento del 99-7519B para crear espacio para los soportes DDIN. (Figura A) 3. Deslice el soporte DDIN adecuado en el alojamiento del kit. (Figura B) 4. Ubique el arnés de cableado de fábrica en el tablero. Metra recomienda utilizar el adaptador de acoplamiento adecuado de Metra y/o AXXESS. Prueba si la unidad funciona adecuadamente. 5. Deslice la unidad del radio DDIN en los soportes DDIN y sujete la unidad en el kit usando los tornillos suministrados con la unidad central. (Figura C) 6. Gire hacia arriba el alojamiento del 99-7519B, tome el control de clima y los tornillos que se retiraron del panel de fábrica y coloque el control de clima en el alojamiento del kit usando los tornillos de fábrica. (Figura A) 2 Corte la varilla que se encuentra en el medio del alojamiento del 99-7519B para crear espacio para los soportes DDIN. (Figura A) 3. Deslice el soporte DDIN adecuado en el alojamiento del kit. (Figura B) 4.
