1 TPE/100 BPT SpA Via Roma, Cinto Caomaggiore/VE/Italy http: wwwbptit/ A SHIFT F1 F2 F3 F4 CLEAR F5 BREAK F6 F7 CTRL Q W E R T Y U I O P A S D F G H J K L Z X C V B N M RET I ISTRUZIONI PER L INSTALLAZIONE TASTIERA DI PROGRAMMAZIONE TPE/100 Tastiera alfanumerica a 46 tasti per la programmazione dell unità MAC/100 È munita di: cavo con spina a 20 vie (1 mm) per il collegamento dell unità MAC/100 presa per eventuale alimentazione esterna FUNZIONE DELLA TASTIERA TPE/100 (fig1) Cancella il carattere a sinistra de cursore (solo per i F1 testi) F2 F3 F4 CLEAR F5 BREAK F6 F7 RET Sposta il cursore a destra (solo per i testi) Ricerca il nome in ordine alfabetico decrescente o inserisce il simbolo Ricerca il nome in ordine alfabetico crescente o inserisce il simbolo Cancella il testo o il numero Ritorna al menù iniziale Inserisce il simbolo di chiamata Termina l immissione del testo o numero A Z + : 0 9 Inserisce i testi Inserisce il tratto Inserisce il punto Inserisce i numeri NOTA La programmazione del MAC/100 può avvenire anche senza che questo sia installato; in questo caso, collegare la tastiera all apparecchio (vedi fig 1) ed alimentare, con tensione 12 Vcc 500 ma non stabilizzata, attraverso la presa coassiale di alimentazione A (ø 5,5 mm esterno, 2,5 mm interno) della tastiera L alimentazione può anche essere ottenuta da alimentatore VAS/100 (17,5 Vcc); in questo caso il negativo va portato al morsetto 5 () ed il positivo al morsetto 6 (+) del modulo PROGRAMMAZIONE DEL MAC/100 GENERALITÀ L apparecchio può essere programmato per tre modi di chiamata diversi da scegliere in funzione alle esigenze CHIAMATA NUMERICA A BLOCCHI (MODO 1 ALPHA NO) È effettuata digitando fino a 5 cifre: le prime due identificano il blocco (da 00 a 80) e le ultime tre il numero dell interno (da 0 a 155) Il numero 156 viene utilizzato per la chiamata al portiere, il 157, il 158, il 159, il 160 ed il 161 sono dedicati ai servizi e non attivano l impianto videocitofonico Digitando solo il numero dell utente, alla chiamata viene automaticamente associato il numero di blocco programmato (default block) Per esempio se il blocco programmato è 33, digitando 134 si ha blocco 33, interno 134 La digitazione di un qualsiasi numero di blocco da parte di un visitatore prevale su quello programmato CHIAMATA ALFANUMERICA A BLOCCHI (MODO 1 ALPHA YES) È possibile indicare i blocchi dal n 1 al n 26 con le lettere dell alfabeto dalla A alla Z mentre il numero degli interni è identificato da una cifra da 000 a 161 In questo caso, in fase di programmazione, è necessario abilitare la chiamata per blocchi alfabetici CHIAMATA NUMERICA PROGRESSIVA (MODO 2) È realizzata digitando fino a 5 cifre tra 0 e Ad ogni numero viene automaticamente associato un codice di blocco e d interno CHIAMATA NUMERICA PERSONALIZZATA (MODO 3) È realizzata digitando fino a 5 cifre tra 0 e In fase di programmazione viene memorizzato il numero con il quale l utente vuole essere chiamato ed a tale numero viene associato l effettivo codice di blocco e d interno Il modulo viene fornito con il seguente programma già memorizzato: 1) modalità di chiamata numerica a blocchi (modo 1 A) 2) numero di blocco = 00 3) codice apriporta = ) codice segreto = ) codice associato al tasto P = 6) codice associato al tasto T = NOTA La codifica dei derivati interni va realizzata seguendo le relative tabelle PROCEDURA DI PROGRAMMAZIONE In funzione delle aggregazioni di apparecchi di chiamata adottate, esistono distinte procedure di programmazione, che devono venir effettuate seguendo le sequenze di operazioni indicate: a) Utilizzando il solo MAC/100 seguire solamente i passi 11, 12, 14, 111, 112 e 113 del capitolo Programmazione delle funzioni b) Utilizzando il MAC/100 e MEC/100 seguire la procedura completa c) Utilizzando il MAC/100 e MVA/100 o MC/1 seguire i passi 11, 12, 14, quindi 17 e 18, (oppure 19 e 110), 111, 112, 113 d) Utilizzando il MAC/100 con MC/2 considerare tutti i passi del precedente punto C, compresi 19 e 110 I passi che non devono essere con- 1

2 siderati per la programmazione vengono saltati premendo il tasto RET In qualsiasi momento della programmazione si può ritornare al menù iniziale premendo il tasto BREAK o terminare la programmazione stessa disinserendo la spina dalla tastiera TPE/100 del connettore del MAC/ PROGRAMMAZIONE DELLE FUNZIONI 11 - Collegare la tastiera TPE/100 al MAC/10 Sul display compare: 12 - Premere il tasto S Compare la versione del software installato ed il cursore lampeggia sul modo 1 di chiamata version 100 mode Premere il tasto 2 o 3 per modificare il modo di chiamata Premere il tasto RET 13 - Sul display compare: alpha blocks No Yes ed il cursore lampeggia sul NO (blocchi alfanumerici non abilitati) Premere il tasto Y per l identificazione alfabetica dei blocchi Questa procedura è possibile se è stato selezionato sul modo 1 di chiamata Premere il tasto RET 14 - Compare il numero di blocco programmato con il quale viene fornita l unità default block 00 Se si desidera modificarlo, comporre un nuovo numero e premere RET per memorizzarlo 15 - Sul display, a questo punto, viene visualizzato il codice (già in memoria) relativo al comando di apertura della porta door open code Comporre un nuovo codice se si desidera cambiarlo Premere RET per la memorizzazione Se il codice non viene utilizzato va cancellato premendo il tasto CLEAR e quindi RET 16 - Sul display compare il primo codice segreto (già in memoria) 2 secret code Se è necessario sostituirlo comporre un nuovo codice e premere RET per la memorizzazione Si possono inserire fino a 10 codici segreti procedendo come sopra descritto Se il codice non viene utilizzato va cancellato premendo il tasto CLEAR e poi RET 17 - Compare sul display l indicazione per la programmazione del testo relativo alla funzione del tasto P P key text Premere il tasto RET, comporre il testo desiderato (massimo 32 caratteri) e memorizzarlo premendo il tasto RET Per esempio: PORTINERIA OVEST oppure oppure SORVEGLIANZA PRONTO SOCCORSO 18 - A questo punto compare il codice (già inserito) associato al tasto P P key code Se si desidera cambiarlo comporre un nuovo codice e premere RET per la memorizzazione Se deve essere chiamato un centralino di portineria VPD/100 o VPDM/100 il codice può avere qualsiasi numero di blocco ma il numero interno dovrà rimanere 156 Se non viene utilizzato premere il tasto CLEAR e quindi RET per la cancellazione 19 - Compare ora sul display l indicazione per la programmazione del testo relativo al tasto T T key text Premere il tasto RET, comporre il testo desiderato (massimo 32 caratteri) e memorizzarlo premendo il tasto RET Per esempio: oppure LUCI GIARDINO LUCE SCALE Compare quindi il codice (già inserito) associato al tasto T T key code Se si desidera cambiarlo comporre un nuovo codice e premere RET per la memorizzazione Se non viene utilizzato premere il tasto CLEAR e quindi RET per la cancellazione Sul display compare l indicazione per la programmazione del testo relativo alla segnalazione di impianto occupato busy system text Premere il tasto RET, comporre il testo desiderato (massimo 32 caratteri) Premere di nuovo RET per memorizzare il testo inserito Per esempio: oppure OCCUPATO ATTENDERE Compare l indicazione per la programmazione del testo relativo alla prima delle 8 pagine di informazione che verranno ciclicamente visualizzate page 1 text Premere il tasto RET, comporre il testo desiderato (massimo 32 caratteri) Per esempio: RICERCARE IL NOME USANDO Premere il nuovo RET per memorizzarlo Compare la seconda pagina: page 2 text Premere il tasto RET, comporre il testo desiderato (massimo 32 caratteri) Per esempio: PER CHIAMARE PREMERE Seguire lo stesso procedimento per l inserimento dei testi nelle successive pagine (massimo 8 pagine) Compare, infine, sul display l indicazione per poter cancellare tutti i nomi presenti in memoria con il cursore lampeggiante su NO erase all stored names? No Yes Se si desidera la cancellazione premere RET, sul display compare il menù iniziale Per cancellare i nomi premere il tasto Y e poi RET La comparsa del menù iniziale indica la conclusione del ciclo di programmazione 2 - IMMISSIONE DEI NOMI E DEI CODICI DEGLI UTENTI (INSERT) Nel caso questa operazione venga effettuata in tempi diversi dalla programmazione precedente, collegare la tastiera TPE/100 al MAC/100 ed alimentare: sul display compare il menù iniziale Il cursore lampeggia sull operazione di modifica () Premere il tasto I per selezionare la funzione d inserimento e quindi RET per procedere all operazione Inserire il nome dell utente (o un riferimento all appartamento) della lunghezza massima di 26 caratteri compresi spazi e simboli Per esempio: oppure ROSSI MARIO APP2 PIANO 3 Memorizzare premendo il tasto RET Sul display compare:

3 Si può quindi procedere all immissione del numero con il quale verreà chiamato l utente Tale numero, che comparirà sempre all atto della chiamata, sarà formulato in funzione del MODO DI CHIAMATA programmato (vedi GENERALITÀ) 21 - Se è stato adottato il sistema CHIAMATA NUMERICA A BLOC- CHI (punto 12 MODE 1, punto 13 ALPHA NO) comporre il numero del blocco e quello dell interno (esempio n = blocco 12, interno 134) Premendo RET sotto la scritta code viene visualizzato il codice completo che sarà trasmesso ad ogni chiamata Nel caso il numero di blocco sia stato programmato (ad esempio 33, vedi punto 14 DEFAULT BLOCK) è sufficiente comporre il solo numero dell utente 134 Premendo RET sotto la scritta code viene visualizzato il codice completo che sarà trasmesso ad ogni chiamata Procedere quindi all inserimento dell utente successivo seguendo la procedura descritta NOTA I nomi degli utenti memorizzati vengono automaticamente disposti in ordine alfabetico 22 - Se è stato adottato il sistema CHIAMATA ALFANUMERICA A BLOCCHI (punto 12 MODE 1, punto 13 ALPHA YES) comporre la lettera del blocco ed il numero dell interno (esempio n B80 = blocco B, interno 80) B Premere nuovamente RET per memorizzare il nome, il numero e il codice e procedere quindi all inserimento dell utente successivo seguendo la procedura descritta NOTA I nomi degli utenti memorizzati vengono automaticamente disposti in ordine alfabetico 23 - Se è stato adottato il sistema CHIAMATA NUMERICA PRO- GRESSIVA (punto 12 MODE 2, punto 13 ALPHA NO) comporre un numero fino a 5 cifre tra 0 e Ad ogni numero corrisponde automaticamente un codice di blocco e d interno che sarà visualizzato sotto la scritta code dopo aver premuto RET (per es componendo il numero 567 verrà visualizzato il blocco 03, interno 081) Premere nuovamente RET per memorizzare il nome, il numero e il codice e procedere quindi all inserimento dell utente successivo seguendo la procedura descritta NOTA I nomi degli utenti memorizzati vengono automaticamente disposti in ordine alfabetico 24 - Se è stato adottato il sistema CHIAMATA NUMERICA PERSO- NALIZZATA (punto 12 MODE 3, punto 13 ALPHA NO) comporre un numero fino a 5 cifre tra 0 e 65535: questo è il numero con cui l utente sarà chiamato Premendo RET il cursore si sposta sotto code: comporre l effettivo codice di blocco e d interno associato al numero (es il numero 222 chiama il derivato interno codificato con il numero 03001) Premere RET per memorizzare il nome, il numero e il codice e procedere quindi all inserimento dell utente successivo seguendo la procedura descritta NOTA I nomi degli utenti memorizzati vengono automaticamente disposti in ordine alfabetico Il cursore lampeggia sull operazione di modifica () 31 - Se il sistema di chiamata adottato è il modo di chiamata 1 o 2 premere il tasto RET: compare il primo nome memorizzato con il relativo numero di chiamata Con il tasto o ricercare il nome dell utente da modificare Premere nuovamente RET: sul display rimane solo il nome, con il cursore sotto il primo carattere Modificare il nome usando i tasti o ed apportare le correzioni desiderate, oppure cancellare il nome esistente con il tasto CLEAR e scrivere il nuovo nome Premere il tasto RET per concludere la modifica e memorizzare il nome Sul display ricompare il numero di chiamata associato 32 - Se il sistema di chiamata adottato è il modo di chiamata 3 premere il tasto RET dopo la fase di modifica del nome, si entra in quella di modifica del numero personale Eseguire, se necessario, le modifiche necessarie e premere infine RET per concludere l operazione 4 - CANCELLAZIONE DEL NOME DELL UTENTE (DELETE) Collegare la tastiera TPE/100 al MAC/100 Sul display compare il menù iniziale: Il cursore lampeggia su Premere il tasto D per selezionare la funzione di cancellazione () Premendo il tasto RET compare il primo utente memorizzato con il suo numero di chiamata Premere il pulsante o per ricercare l utente da cancellare Premendo il tasto RET tutti i dati relativi all utente selezionato vengono cancellati dalla memoria La comparsa del menù iniziale indica la conclusione dell operazione 5 - 4 GB INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS TPE/100 PROGRAMMING KEYBOARD 46 key alphanumerical keyboard for programming MAC/100 unit Supplied with: 1 metre cable and 20 - pin plug for connection to MAC/100 auxiliary power socket TPE/100 KEY FUNCTIONS (figure 1) Cancel character to the left F1 of cursor (in text only) F2 F3 F4 CLEAR F5 BREAK F6 Move cursor to the right (in text only) Search name in reverse alphabetical order or enter symbol Search name in forward alphabetical order or enter symbol Cancel text or number Return to opening menu tions, and do not activate the video entry system Entering any receiver code only, a block code will be associated automatically by default with the call signal For exemple, if the block programmed is 33, the result of entering 134 will be to address block 33, receiver 134 Any block code entered by a caller takes precedence over the default block code ALPHANUMERICAL CODED CALL FOR BLOCK INSTALLATION (MODE 1 ALPHA YES) Blocks from number 1 to 26 can be identified using the letters A to Z, whilst receivers are numbered 000 to 161 In this instance, the alphabetic mode of block address must be anabled during the programming procedure PROGRESSIVE CODED CALL (MODE 2) Each code is composed of up to 5 digits between 0 and Block and receivers codes are associated automatically in sequence in accordance to numbers entered The operator can return to the opening menu at any moment during programming by pressing BREAK, or terminate the procedure altogether by removing the plug of the TPE/100 keyboard from the MAC/100 connector 1 - PROGRAMMING FUNCTIONS 11 - Connect the TPE/100 to the MAC/100 The display will show: 12 - Press the S key The display will show the version of the software installed, with the cursor blinking on call mode 1 version 100 mode Press 2 or 3 to change the call mode Press RET to confirm and continue 13 - The display shows: secret code Select a new code if necessary, and press RET to confirm and save Up to 10 secret codes can be stored, using the same procedure as above If not required, the code can be erased by pressing CLEAR and confirming with RET 17 - The display now shows a prompt for the programmer to enter a text for association with the P key P key text Pressing RET, the desired text can be entered (maximum 32 characters), for exemple: WEST ENTRANCE 4 F7 RET A Z + : 0 9 Enter call symbol Terminate entry of text or number Letters Dash Full stop Numbers NOTE The MAC/100 can be programmed even through not yet installed; in this instance, connect the keyboard to the unit (see figure 1) and supply power from an external source (12 V DC 500 ma, non - stabilized) using the auxiliary socket A provided in the keyboard (coaxial type ø 5,5 mm external, 2,5 mm internal) The VAS/100 power module (17,5 V DC) can also be used; in this instance the negative is connected to terminal 5() and the positive to terminal 6 (+) of the MAC/100 PROGRAMMING THE MAC/100 GENERAL INFORMATION The unit can be programmed for three different call modes, selected according to requirements CODED CALL FOR BLOCK INSTALLATION (MODE 1 ALPHA NO) The call is made by entering up to five numerical digits, of which the first two identify the block (from 00 to 80), and the remaining three the receiver number (0 to 155) Code 156 is used to call the porter, whilst codes 157, 158, 159, 160 and 161 are dedicated to service func- PERSONAL CODED CALL (MODE 3) Each code is composed of up to 5 digits between 0 and The programmer enters and memorizes the number with which a receiver wished to be called, and this number will be associated with the effective block and receiver codes The units is factory set with the following program data: 1) call mode 1 A (coded call for block installation) 2) block number = 00 3) door open code = ) secret code n 1 = ) P key code = 6) T key code = NOTE For encoding of receivers, see relative tables PROGRAMMING PRCEDURE The system uses distinct programming procedures, depending on the various call devices in use, which must be effected following the sequence of operations indicated: a) Using MAC/100 only, follow steps 11, 12, 14, 111, 112 e 113 of Programming functions b) Using MAC/100 and MEC/100 follow the procedure in full c) Using MAC/100 and MVA/100 or MC/1 follow steps 11, 12, 14, then 17 and 18, (or 19 and 110), 111, 112, 113 d) Using MAC/100 with MC/2 follow all steps as in C, including 19 and 110 Steps not required in programming are skipped by pressing RET alpha blocks No Yes with the cursor blinking on NO (alphanumerical block code not enabled) Press Y to enable identification of blocks using letters This option is available only with call mode 1 selected Press RET to confirm 14 - The display shows the block number with which the unit has been factory set default block 00 If it is wished to change the default number, enter the new selection and press RET to confirm and save 15 - The next item to appear in the display is the code (factory set) associated with the command which opens the door door open code If a change is desired, enter the new number Press RET to save If not required, the code can be erased by pressing CLEAR and confirming with RET 16 - The first secret code (factory set) will now be displayed or or SURVEILLANCE FIRST AID and saved by conforming with RET 18 - The next item to appear is the code (factory set) associated with the P key P key code If it is wished to change the code, enter the new number and press RET to confirm and save Where the call is directed to a VPD/100 or VPDM/100 switchboard, the code can be assigned any block number, though the receiver number must remain 156 If not required, the P key code can be erased by pressing CLEAR and confirming with RET 19 - Next, the display shows the prompt to enter a text for association with the T key T key text

5 Pressing RET, the desired text can be entered (maximum 32 characters), for example: Press RET to confirm and save The prompt will now appear for the next page: B or and saved by confirming with RET The next item to appear is the code (factory set) associated with the T key If it is wished to change the code, enter the number and press RET to confirm and save If not required, the T key code can be erased by pressing CLEAR and confirming with RET The display now shows a prompt to program the text of a message informing the caller that the system is busy Press RET and enter the selected text (maximum 32 characters), for example: or GARDEN LIGHTS STAIR LIGHTS T key code busy system text BUSY PLEASE WAIT page 2 text Press RET and enter text, for example: PRESS TO CALL Repeat the procedure for the remaining pages (maximum 8) Finally, the display will offer the option of erasing all names currently stored in the memory, with the cursor blinking on NO erase all stored names? No Yes If it is wished to retain the existing list of names, press RET and the opening menu will reappear To erase, press Y and confirm with RET The reappearance of the opening menu indicates the end of the programming cycle 2 - ENTERING USER NAMES AND CODES (INSERT) If this operation is carried out at a time other than when functions are programmed as described above, connect the TPE/100 keyboard to the MAC/100 and supply power The opening menu will be displayed: The call number it is wished to assign to the user or the property can now be entered This number, the composition of which depends on the CALL MODE programmed initially (see General Information), will appear whenever a call is made 21 - If the mode selected is CODED CALL FOR BLOCK INSTALLATION (step 12 MODE 1, step 13 ALPHA NO), enter the block code followed by the user number (eg = block 12, user 134) thus: Press RET, and the complete number generated with each call will appear below code In the event that the block number has already been set (eg 33, see step 14 - Default Block), only the user number need be entered: 134 Pressing RET, the complete number generated with each call will appear below code Now proceed to enter the next user, following the same sequence of steps Press RET again to memorize the name, number and code, then proceed to enter the next user, following the same sequence of steps NOTE Names of users stored in the memory of the unit are arranged automatically in alphabetical order 23 - If the mode selected is PRO- GRESSIVE CODED CALL (step 12 MODE 2, step 13 ALPHA NO), select a number up to 5 digits in length from 0 to The system will automatically assign block and user codes for each number entered, and display the full number below code when RET is pressed (eg the number 567 will be assigned block 03, user 081) Press RET again to memorize the name, number and code, then proceed to enter the next user, following the same sequence of steps NOTE Names of users stored in the memory of the unit are arranged automatically in alphabetical order 24 - If the mode selected is PER- SONAL CODED CALL (step 12 MODE 3, step 13 ALPHA NO), select a number up to five digits in length from 0 to 65535, this is the number with which the user will be called Pressing RET the cursor moves across to the code field: enter the effective block and user codes associated with the number (eg the number 222 calls the receiver having the code 03001, signifying block 03, user 001 according to the usual procedure) then press RET to confirm and save The next prompt is for the text of the first of 8 pages of information, displayed cyclically to the caller page 1 text with the cursor blinking on Press the I key to select insert, and confirm with RET to proceed Enter the name of the user (or convenient reference), which must be no more than 26 characters in length, including spaces and symbols JOHN WATSON NOTE Names of users stored in the memory of the unit are arranged automatically in alphabetical order 22 - If the mode selected is ALPHANUMERICAL CODED CALL FOR BLOCK INSTALLATION (step 12 MODE 1, step 13 ALPHA YES), enter the block code letter followed by the relative number (eg B80 = block B, user 80) thus: Press RET again to memorize the name, number and code, then proceed to enter the next user, following the same sequence of steps Press RET and write the text for page 1 (32 characters maximum), for example: LOCATE NAME USING or AP 2 FLOOR 3 Press RET to save The display will then show: B 80 Press RET, and the complete number generated with each call will appear below code NOTE Names of users stored in the memory of the unit are arranged automatically in alphabetical order 3 - REPLACING THE NAME OF A USER (MODIFY) Connect the TPE/100 keyboard to the MAC/100 The opening menu will be displayed: 5

6 with the cursor blinking on 31 - If the call mode is 1 or 2, pressing RET will bring up the first name listed together with the relative call number Use or to locate the name of the user it is wished to change Press RET again The dispaly will now show the name only, with the cursor positioned on the first character the existing name as appropriate using or to alter characters, or press CLEAR to vacate the field altogether and write in the new name Press RET to confirm the change and memorize the new name The display show the associated call number 32 - With call mode 3, the name is changed using the procedure as above;
