3 3. SPECIFICATIONS Open the package case and take out the scale. SHARP CHARACTER 4.1 LCD Display: Waiting current Minimal load Relative humidity 0,05 ma 0,1 kg 75 % HR 2.1 Before using the Electronic scale inspect the case. Do not use the electronic scale if it is damaged or the case (or part of the case) is removed. Look for cracks or missing plastic. Pay a t t e n t i o n t o t h e i n s u l a t i o n a r o u n d t h e c o n n e c t o r s. 2.2 Before using the electronic scale, set the battery on it. 2.3 Do not use over than the range that marked on the electronic scale. 2.4 In order to obtain an accurate weighing result, the scale must be placed on a strong and level surface. 2.5The scale is suitable for indoor use. 2.6 The internal circuit of the scale shall not be altered at will to avoid damage of the scale and any accident. 2.7 Replace the battery as soon as the battery alert sounds. 2.8 Turn the scale off when it is not in use and take out the battery when not using for a long time. 1Battery state Display the capacity of the battery, and voltage of the battery lower than 5.8V, buzzer will indicate you changing the battery. 2Over load cell This indicator appears to indicate the weight detected above the limit set. 3Digital display 4Charge This indicator appears to indicate refrigerant is charging from the storage. 5Recovery This indicator appears to indicate refrigerant recovery. 6Weight units There are three weight units available: kg oz(ounce) lb(pound).

4 There are three weight units: kg(kilogram) oz(ounce) lb(pound). Pressing Function can shift weight units among: kg oz lb. The scale will set weight units as kg (kilogram) automatically. Then press Function, weight units will change to oz (ounce). 5.3 ZERO Press ZERO can eliminate a positive or negative value when scale is not at its zero. 5.4 CHARGE This function allows the user to quickly and conveniently charge a system in a minimal amount of time. Simply turn on the scale and enter the weigh to be charged Turn the scale on Place refrigerant tank on scale. Wait for the reading to settle out! If want to change weight units to lb (pound), press Function Press Charge, and enter the weigh to be charged, then press Enter. For example: The weight to be charged is 2kg, press keys Charge 2 Enter one by one.

5 5.4.5 The scale will now charge the entered amount of refrigerant. The amount remaining to be charged reaches 0.05kg, the buzzer will sound. Not the user charging will be done. When charging is completed, LCD displays the left amount refrigerant. Press the Enter key exit to screen. If you make a mistake and would like to go to the previous screen, press the enter key and the previous screen will appear Press Recover, and enter the weigh to be charged, then press Recover. For example: The weight to be charged is 4.5kg, press keys Recover 4. 5 Recover one by one The scale will now recover the entered amount of refrigerant. The amount remaining to be recovering reaches 0.05kg, the buzzer will sound. Not the user recovering will be done. When recover is completed, LCD displays the left amount refrigerant. Press the Enter key exit to screen. 5.5 RECOVER The scale is not only a stand-alone scale but also can be compared with a recovery/recycle machine component of a system Turn the scale on Place refrigerant tank on scale. Wait for the reading to settle out! if you make a mistake and would like to go to the previous screen, press the Enter key and input the amount of the refrigerant again. 5.6 REPEAT

6 The Repeat key is used to repeat charge or recover. Press Repeat key to repeat the previous operation. MAINTENANCE 6.1 Periodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents. 6.2 Turn the scale to OFF when it is not in use. Take out the battery when it is not using for a long time. 6.3 Do not use or store the scale in a place of humidity, high temperature, explosive, inflammable and strong magnetic field. 6.4 Do not attempt to repair or service your scale unless you are qualified to do so and have the relevant calibration, performance test, and service information. 1. 7 1. DESEMBALAJE Y COMPROBACIÓN DEL CONTENIDO Abra la caja de embalaje y saque la báscula. Por favor, compruebe las siguientes piezas por si alguna faltase o estuviera estropeada. Si sucediera, por favor, contacte con su distribuidor inmediatamente. Descripción de la Manual de operación Maletín de transporte Báscula Batería de reserva Cable de alimentación pieza / Uds. 2. GUÍA DE SEGURIDAD 2.1 Ante todo compruebe la báscula. Por favor, no la use si falta alguna pieza o está estropeada. 2.2 Por favor, no pese artículos que vayan a superar la capacidad máxima de la báscula, podría estropearla. 2.3 La bandeja de la báscula se puede colocar tanto en el maletín de transporte como fuera del mismo. La bandeja de la báscula debe estar a nivel durante su funcionamiento, de otro modo repercutiría en la precisión. 2.4 Por favor, trate de colocar el artículo en el centro de la bandeja de la báscula y no lo mueva. No deje ningún artículo (incluido el cable espiral) en contacto con la báscula o repercutirá en la precisión. 2.5 Por favor, no guarde ni use la báscula en un lugar con una temperatura o humedad elevadas, donde haya explosivos, artículos inflamables o fuertes campos electromagnéticos. 2.6 Por favor, no cambie el circuito interno de la báscula electrónica. 2.7 Por favor, no tire del cable espiral, podría estropear la báscula. 2.8 P o r f a v o r, s u s t i t u y a l a b a t e r í a c u a n d o s e e n c i e n d a l a a l a r m a correspondiente. 2.9 Antes de usarla, por favor, compruebe que la corriente es monofásica y alterna, de otra forma estropearía la báscula Cubra el tapón del conector de entrada/salida después de cada uso Apague la báscula después de cada uso. Si va a guardar la báscula electrónica o no va a usarla durante mucho tiempo, saque la batería. La báscula se apaga 3. Cuando su voltaje esté por debajo de los 5,8 V la alarma correspondiente indicará que es necesario cambiar la batería. 2 Célula sobrecargada Este indicador se visualiza para mostrar que el peso detectado supera el límite establecido. 3 Pantalla digital 4 Carga Este indicador se visualiza para mostrar que el refrigerante se está cargando desde el depósito. 5 Recuperación Este indicador se visualiza para mostrar que el refrigerante se está recuperando. 6 Unidades de peso Hay disponibles tres unidades de peso: kg, oz (onzas) y lb (libras)

8 5. MANUAL DE FUNCIONAMIENTO 5.1 AJUSTE DE FUNCIÓN Hay tres unidades de peso: kg (kilogramo), oz (onza) y lb (libra). Pulse el botón Function [Función] para desplazarse entre kg, oz y lb. Por defecto la báscula seleccionará el kg (kilogramo) como unidad de peso. Pulse el botón Function [Función] para cambiar a oz. Vuelva a pulsar el botón Function [Función] para cambiar a lb. 5.2 AJUSTE DE LA RETROILUMINACIÓN (B/L) En función de las distintas necesidades, pulsando el botón B/L la báscula puede encender o apagar la retroiluminación. El color de la retroiluminación es azul. La báscula no establece el encendido de la r e t r o i l u m i n a c i ó n c o m o p a r á m e t r o p r e d e t e r m i n a d o. L a retroiluminación se apaga automáticamente transcurridos 30 minutos sin pulsarse ningún botón. 5.3 MODO BÁSCULA La primera pesada será (igual o) superior a 1 kg. Posteriormente la báscula se calibrará de manera precisa, conforme a la ficha de parámetros técnicos. 5.4 ZERO Pulsando ZERO [CERO] puede eliminar un valor positivo o negativo cuando la báscula no está a cero. 5.5 MODO CARGA Esta función permite al usuario cargar rápida y convenientemente el sistema en un período de tiempo mínimo. Simplemente, encender el MODO CARGA e introducir el peso (mínimo 50 g) a cargar Asegúrese de que todas las conexiones sean correctas y estén ajustadas Encienda la báscula

9 5.5.3 Coloque la bombona de refrigerante en la báscula. Espere a que la lectura se fije. Por ejemplo: si la bombona de refrigerante es de 12 kg aparecerá la siguiente pantalla: Pulse el botón Charge [Carga]. Aparecerá el indicador de carga. Introduzca el peso a cargar y pulse el botón Enter [Intro]. La electroválvula se abrirá y el refrigerante comenzará a transferirse. Por ejemplo: Si el peso a cargar es 1 kg, pulse uno a uno: Charge, 1, Enter Si la báscula no está conectada a la corriente alterna, la electroválvula no funcionará. La alarma de la báscula sonará cuando la carga esté prácticamente acabada (refrigerante 0,05 kg). Cuando la carga se haya completado, desconecte el sistema de carga manualmente. La pantalla LCD mostrará la cantidad restante de refrigerante. Pulse el botón Enter [Intro] para salir de esa pantalla. Atención: a. Si pulsa el botón equivocado durante la carga, pulse el botón Enter [Intro] para cancelar la operación previa. Posteriormente pulse Charge [Carga] y aparecerá la pantalla previa. b. Si quiere acabar antes de que se complete la carga pulse el botón ZERO [CERO] para parar. 5.6 RECUPERACIÓN Cuando se haya transferido la cantidad correcta de refrigerante, la electroválvula cortará el suministro automáticamente y la báscula mostrará la cantidad de refrigerante que queda (como en la pantalla que aparece más abajo). Pulse el botón Enter [Intro] para salir de esa pantalla. La báscula no es solo una báscula independiente sino que también puede compararse con una unidad de recuperación/regeneración de un sistema Encienda la báscula Coloque la bombona de refrigerante sobre la báscula. Espere a que se fije la lectura Aparecerá la siguiente pantalla. Por ejemplo: 15 16

10 5.6 MODO REPETICIÓN Pulse Recover [Recuperar] e introduzca el peso a cargar. Seguidamente vuelva a pulsar Recover [Recuperar]. Por ejemplo: El peso a cargar es 4,5 kg. Pulse, uno a uno, los botones: Recover, 4,., 5, Recover La báscula recuperará así la cantidad indicada de refrigerante. La alarma sonará cuando la cantidad restante susceptible de ser recuperada alcance los 0,05 kg. Esta recuperación podrá ser hecha por el usuario. Cuando se haya completado la recuperación, la pantallalcd mostrará la cantidad de refrigerante restante. Pulse el botón Enter [Intro] para salir de esta pantalla. Atención: El botón Repeat [Repetir] se usa para repetir el peso de carga/ recuperación previamente introducido. Tras completarse el primer ciclo de carga/recuperación, pulse el botón Repeat [Repetir], la báscula comenzará a cargar/recuperar la misma cantidad que la última vez. Atención: Si se produce un error o falla el sistema, por favor, pulse el botón POWER [ENCENDIDO] para apagar la báscula y espere durante tres segundos, seguidamente vuelva a pulsar el botón POWER [ENCENDIDO] para volver a ponerla en marcha. 6. MANTENIMIENTO 6.1 Para limpiar la superficie de la báscula solo puede usarse un trapo húmedo y una pequeña cantidad de detergente suave. No use disolventes químicos. 6.2 Apague la báscula después de cada uso. Saque la batería cuando la vaya a guardar. 6.3 No guarde ni use la báscula en un lugar con una temperatura o humedad elevadas, donde haya explosivos, artículos inflamables o fuertes campos magnéticos. 6.4 Para la revisión o reparación de la máquina contacte con un distribuidor oficial o contacte directamente con la empresa fabricante. Si el producto es desmontado por personal no autorizado la garantía quedará anulada. si comete un error y desea volver a la pantalla anterior, pulse el botón Enter [Intro] y vuelva a introducir la cantidad de refrigerante
