2 Instrucciones de montaje con guía superpuesta o empotrada Assembly instructions. System using a flush or surface-mounted bottom track H L Toma de medidas Se tomarán las medidas luz del hueco a cubrir, tomando como referencia las medidas menores entre las paralelas verticales (H = Alto) y horizontales (L = Largo). Las cotas se expresarán en milímetros teniendo en cuenta que cualquier perfil o pilar que se instale alterará la cota final. Tener especialmente en cuenta la solidez de la parte superior del hueco, pensando en el perfecto anclaje del marco superior ya que el cierre va totalmente suspendido de este. U desnivel inferior Sacar los niveles de emplazamiento del cerramiento, atornillar el perfil U desnivel inferior comprobando desagües exteriores. U desnivel laterales A continuación cortar, ajustar y atornillar los perfiles U desnivel laterales. Una vez atornillados, sellar las uniones interiormente. Marco superior Colocar el marco superior a tope de techo y atornillar. Una vez anclado correctamente limpiar bien el interior de las guías de rodadura del carro-ruedas superior para eliminar el polvo, virutas, etc. Measuring the opening Lower U -shaped compensation profile Lateral U -shaped compensation profile Top track Measure the door opening at the top and the bottom (H = Height) and on both sides (L = Length), using the smallest measurement as your reference point in each of the cases. Once properly secured and anchored, clean the inside of the upper runner guides to remove any dust or shavings, etc. Take your measurements in millimetres and remember that these will vary with the addition of profiles or posts. 3 U desnivel superior En los montajes con marco inferior empotrado se colocará únicamente el perfil U desnivel superior, para alojar posteriormente el marco superior. Marco superior Una vez introducido el marco superior en el interior del perfil U desnivel superior se utilizará a modo de galga un marco lateral y se colocarán varios puntos de fijación consiguiendo el perfecto paralelismo entre el marco superior y el inferior, posteriormente procederemos a su fijación total. Carro-ruedas Introducir los carro-ruedas por el cajeado que presenta el marco superior en uno de sus extremos y desplazarlos hasta el lado opuesto comprobando que se deslizan correctamente. Marco inferior Introducir el marco inferior dentro del per fil U desnivel inferior y utilizando a modo de galga uno de los marcos laterales, colocar varios puntos de fijación. Marco lateral Introducir el marco lateral que lleva instaladas las bisagras en el U desnivel lateral que corresponda (según el lado donde plieguen las hojas). Insert the bottom track into the lower U-shaped compensation profile and, using one of the side frames as a reference point, secure it at several points. System using a flush or surface-mounted bottom track Primera hoja Unir la primera hoja a las bisagras del marco lateral con pasadores fijos (no jar los pasadores totalmente hasta que el cierre este completamente instalado). Segunda hoja Colocación de la segunda hoja mediante pasadores desmontables exteriores y seguidamente colocarla a 45 grados aproximadamente con respecto al marco. Tercera rueda Colocación de la tercera hoja a 45 grados aproximadamente, situando el eje de las bisagras superior e inferior sobre el eje del carrorueda y patín inferior respectivamente. Una vez efectuada esta unión introducir los tornillos pasadores en la bisagra superior e inferior. Los tornillos pasadores solamente tienen que hacer tope, no apriete. Repetir las dos operaciones anteriores (segunda y tercera hoja) tantas veces como hojas tenga el cierre. Colocar el pasador fijo en la bisagra central (no fijar completamente hasta que el cierre esté totalmente instalado). First leaf Second leaf Third leaf Fit the first leaf to the hinges on the side frame using pins (do not tighten these completely until the system has been fully installed). Install the second leaf using outer removable pins and immediately place it at an angle of approximately 45 with respect to the frame. Position the third leaf at an angle of approximately 45, placing the axis of the upper and lower hinges on the axis of the runner and lower roller respectively. Once this has been completed, fit the pin screws into the upper and lower hinges. Insert the screws until their end makes contact with the surface but do not tighten them. Repeat the two previous operations (second and third leaf) for the remaining leaves as many times as is necessary. 5 Marco lateral opuesto Prisioneros Pasadores Acristalado o colocación de paneles Una vez colocadas todas las hojas, colocar el marco lateral opuesto a la primera hoja, con dos puntos de fijación. Comprobar varias veces el perfecto funcionamiento del cierre, si no es así, comprobar los niveles y perfecto paralelismo entre el marco superior y el marco inferior. Fijar tornillo pasador, carro-rueda y patín inferior, mediante prisioneros. Fijar pasadores de bisagras fijas. El acristalado o colocación del panel es conveniente realizarlo en el taller, con silicona o goma de acristalar, comprobando la perfecta escuadra de las mismas. Una vez comprobado, fijar de finitivamente los marcos laterales e inferior con remaches al perfil U desnivel. Opposite side frame Setscrews Pins Glazing or installation of panels Once all the leaves have been installed, secure the opposite side frame to the first leaf at two points. Secure the pin screw, the runner and the lower roller using setscrews. Secure the pins in the fixed hinges. We recommend installing the glazing or panel in a workshop with silicone or mastic. Make sure they are perfectly square. Check that the system opens and closes perfectly, and if not, check that the bottom and top tracks are perfectly level and square. 6 Alineación del marco superior y lateral respecto al marco inferior empotrado Top and side frame alignement to the embed lower frame Para embutir la guía inferior al suelo se ha de realizar una regata como se muestra en la imagen. Así la guía queda oculta y no sobresale, permitiendo la utilización para zonas de paso, sin que ello afecte al funcionamiento del sistema plegable. Por otro lado, también hay que destacar a la hora del montaje la alineación de los perfiles. El marco superior e inferior se han de alinear haciendo coincidir las guías del carro rueda superior y las guías del patín inferior, en cualquiera de sus series. El marco lateral también se coloca siguiendo la misma pauta, como se muestra en la imagen. To embed the lower guide, it have to make a groove to the floor as shown in the image.
