2 SALE TERMS ORDER RECEIPT Our commercial offices are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 08:30h till :30h, and Saturday from 8:00h till :00h FABRICS The absolute tone equality between two colouring baths carried out in diffent times cannot be granted. The exact correspondance of required tones for writings or marks on PVC roofs and valances cannot be granted STRUCTURES For sizes intermediate to the ones indicated in the price-list, the price is the same of the bigger following dimension. Sprech s.r.l. has the right to change products dimensions or other technical features if considered necessary. PAINTS Our structures are epoxy powder coated. The mentioned prices are for colours reported on our catalogue. For yellow and red a 5% overcharge has to be considered. TRANSPORT Indicated prices are Ex-Works our factory. The customer has to check deliveries and goods when he receives them, and he has also to present claims for possible damages to the carrier, as per law indications. PRICES Prices are in Euro currency, and they do not include V.A.T. PAYMENTS We do not accept arbitrary discounts or roundings on due amounts. Any delay in the payment of the invoices, even though partial, involves suspension of the orders in progress and the running of overdue interests as per market bank rate. SPRECH s.r.l. has the right to ask for payment in advance. LAW COURT Competent court for every dispute is the Court of Lecce. ESTRUCTURAS Para estructuras con dimensiones intermedias de las indicadas en el listìn se tendrà en cuenta la medida sucesiva en tamaño. SPRECH SRL se reserva la facultad de proceder con eventuales variaciones de medidas o modificaciones estructurales del producto si son necesarias. BARNIZADURA Nuestras estructuras están barnizadas con barniz a los polvos con epòxido;el precio de listìn se refiere a los colores de nuestro catàlogo.para los colores rojo o amarillo hay un sobreprecio del 5% sobre el precio de listìn. Colores fuera catàlogo: a presupuesto. TRANSPORTE Los precios en el listìn son siempre sin transporte. El cliente tiene que controlar las formalidades correctas de entrega y la integridad de la mercancìa a la llegada y, pues, la obligaciòn de presentar, conforme a la ley, las reclamaciones al vector para eventuales daños. PRECIOS Los precios indicados en este listìn son en EURO, al neto de I.V.A. PAGOS No se aceptan descuentos o redondeos arbitrarios del importe debido. El retraso del pago de una factura, aun si parcial, da lugar a la suspenciòn de eventuales pedidos en curso y el efecto de intereses moratorios calculados con la tasa bancaria de mercado. PVDF PROTECTION FOR SPRECH COVERINGS Poly 650 and Max Cover are PVC coated polyester fabrics used by Sprech to produce tent roofs. Both fabrics have PVDF protection treatment that gives a better preservation of the cleaning and so a greater lenght in time. PROTECCIÓN PVDF PARA LA ESTRUCTURAS SPRECH Poly 650 y Max Cover son los tejidos en poliéster untados en PVC utilizados por SPRECH srl para realizar cubiertas para quioscos. La característica de ambos los tejidos es el tratamiento de protección PVDF que confiere la tela un mejor mantenimento de la limpieza y, consecuentemente, una mayor duración en el tempo.
