6 VALORES El principio de Subsidiariedad La Colaboración con las Unidades Administrativas es central para el trabajo de Cmi. La oficina en Roma solo actúa como coordinador, facilitador y asesor. Para la Red de Voluntarios, es la UA de la Comunidad de Envío que ENVIA EN MISIÓN y la UA de la Comunidad de Recepción que RECIBE PARA MISIÓN. El Provincial aprueba las invitaciones hechas por la Comunidad de Recepción. Nadie llega sin una invitación. El trabajo internacional del Secretariado Cmi cuenta con la colaboración local de los Coordinadores Provinciales de los Voluntarios (CPV) en las UAs. Los Perfiles creados a través modulo software, NEXUS son accesibles al Voluntario/a, los líderes de la Comunidad de Recepción y los CPVs de la Provincia de Acogida y a la Provincia de Origen reforzando el concepto de Todos estamos en la misma página. Nuevas Inter- comunidades se proponen, establecen, administran y acompañan en colaboración con las UAs local y Conferencias Regional.

7 VALUES AND PRINCIPLES The principle of Subsidiarity Collaboration with Administrative Units is central to the work of Cmi. The office in Rome acts only as a coordinator, facilitator and advisor. For the Volunteers Network, it is the AU of the Sending Communities that SENDS ON MISSION and the AU of the Receiving Communities RECEIVES FOR MISSION. The Provincial approves invitations issued by Receiving Communities. No one arrives without an invitation. The international work of the Cmi secretariat relies on the local collaboration of the Coordinators of Province Volunteers (CPV) in the AUs. Profiles created by the software module, NEXUS are accessible to the Volunteer, Leader of the Receiving Community and CPVs the Host Province and the Province of Origin reinforcing the concept of all being on the same page. New Inter- communities are proposed, established, administered and accompanied in collaboration with Local Aus and Regional Conferences.

8 El bien común La Colaboración Internacional empieza como un encuentro Marista a Marista. La Cultura del Encuentro está en perfecta alineación con nuestra visión de ir deprisa a una Nueva Tierra. La Solidaridad Marista empieza con un encuentro real entre nuestros hermanos y hermanas Maristas. La Familia Marista se ve reforzado por nuestra preocupación mutua La dignidad y los derechos de cada persona se ven mejorados por nuestra conexión. Los Maristas estar activos en la defensa de los derechos humanos en beneficio de los demás. En todas las interacciones se adopta un enfoque basado en los derechos.

9 The Common Good International Collaboration starts as a Marist to Marist encounter. The Culture of Encounter is in perfect alignment with our vision to go in haste to for New Lands. Marist Solidarity begins by a real encounter between our brother and sister Marists. The Marist Family is strengthened by our concern for each other. The dignity and rights of each person is enhanced by our connection. Marists will be active in advocacy for human rights on behalf of each other. A rights based approach (RBA) is adopted in all interactions.
