1 π H-3415 AUTO FOAMING SOAP DISPENSER uline.com Para Español, vea páginas 5-8. TOOLS NEEDED Phillips Screwdriver Electric Drill INSTALLATION APPLYING DISPENSER LABEL 1. Peel label from backing. The adhesive is on the FRONT of the label. (See Figure 1) 2. Open dispenser. Place label sticky side down on the INSIDE of the clear oval window. (See Figures 2-3) Figure 1 Figure 2 Label Front Label Front Adhesive Side Dispenser Dispenser Door Door Opened Opened MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS For most applications, tape mounting is adequate. For porous, textured or wallpapered surfaces, screw mounting or a combination of screw and tape mounting is recommended. TAPE MOUNTING 1. Important! Dispenser opens to the front. For ideal placement, the dispenser should be mounted 3" above any countertop, fixture or obstruction, and 2" below any cabinet, fixture or obstruction. (See Figure 5) Figure 5 11" 2" 3" 7.5" Figure 3 2. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly using any type of general purpose cleaner and a paper towel. (See Figure 6) Figure 6 Label Back NOTE: Be certain surface is completely dry before proceeding. 3. Close front of dispenser. (See Figure 4) Figure 4 Label Front 3. Remove the protective backing from the tape pad on the back of the dispenser. Make certain that the mounting surface is clean and dry. Carefully position the dispenser to the desired location and press firmly to the surface for 30 seconds. (See Figure 7) Figure 7 PAGE 1 OF 8

The latch is on the bottom back edge of the dispenser in the center. (See Figure 8) PAGE 2 OF 8 NOTE: See "Keyed Locking Option" if you would like to convert your dispenser to a keyed system. 5. While pushing the release latch, open the dispenser by placing your other hand on the top, and guiding the front cover forward. Apply pressure from inside the dispenser over the taped area. (See Figures 9-10) NOTE: Allow dispenser to remain empty for a minimum of 8 hours before loading. SCREW MOUNTING 1. Important! Dispenser opens to the front. For ideal placement, the dispenser should be mounted 3" above any countertop, fixture or obstruction, and 2" below any cabinet, fixture or obstruction. (See Figure 11) 2. While pushing the release latch, open the dispenser by placing your other hand on the top, and guiding the front cover forward. (See Figure 14) 5. Hold the dispenser against the wall in the proper position and mark the appropriate slots. Drill holes in marked slots. Attach dispenser to the wall with the wall anchors and screws provided. You may choose to remove a portion of the protective backing from the tape to help hold the dispenser in position as you complete the installation. (See Figure 15) KEYED LOCKING OPTION For added security, your new foam dispensing system has a KEYED locking option. NOTE: The dispenser has been shipped to you in the manual, NO KEY REQUIRED mode. If you wish to convert your dispenser to the KEYED locking mode, please follow the instructions. The conversion can be completed before or after the installation. 1. Open the dispenser by pushing up on the release latch. The latch is on the bottom back edge of the dispenser in the center. While pushing the release latch, open by placing your other hand on the top, and guiding the front cover forward. (See Figure 16) Figure 13 Figure 14 Figure 15 Figure 16 Key

From the INSIDE of the dispenser, insert the key into the back of the dispenser in the key slot and push until the latch piece is ejected from the bottom of the dispenser. (See Figure 17) LOADING THE DISPENSER 1. Open by pushing up on the release latch (use key if you have converted to the keyed locking mode). The latch is on the bottom back edge in the center. (See Figure 22) While pushing the release latch, open by placing your other hand on the top, and guide the front cover forward. (See Figure 23) 3. Re-install the latch piece in the bottom of dispenser with Figure 17 the SLOTTED SIDE AWAY from the wall and toward the front of the dispenser. Push the latch piece into the dispenser until it snaps into place. (See Figure 18) Figure 22 Figure Hold bag with label towards back. Load bottom of bag into dispenser. (See Figure 24) Slide the bag collar over the guide and push. Be certain the bag collar is completely inserted in the collar guide. (See Figure 25) Figure 18 Figure To close the dispenser, place your hand on top or front of the dispenser below the push pad, and push up on the cover until it is latched. (See Figure 19) NOTE: DO NOT CLOSE BY PUSHING ON PUSH PAD! 5. To OPEN, insert key into slots of the release latch on the bottom of the dispenser and push the key up. (See Figure 20) Place your other hand on top and guide the front cover forward. (See Figure 21) Figure 24 Figure Remove the protective overcap from the pump. (See Figure 26) To close the dispenser, place your hand on top or front of the dispenser below the push pad, and push up on the cover until it is latched. (See Figure 27) Figure 20 Figure 21 NOTE: The dispenser can be converted back to the NO KEY REQUIRED mode. Complete steps #2 and #3 and insert the latch piece with the SLOTTED SIDE TOWARD the wall. 4 MAINTENANCE CHANGING THE BATTERIES 6 AA batteries required No screwdriver needed NOTE: Batteries need changing when sensor light flashes RED. 4. Unhook battery terminals and remove battery pack. Replace all 6 AA batteries with new batteries. (See Figure 31) 1. Open the dispenser by pushing up on the release latch (use key if you have converted to the keyed locking mode). Desprenda la etiqueta del respaldo. El adhesivo está en la parte FRONTAL de la etiqueta. (Vea Diagrama 1) 2. Abra el despachador. Coloque el lado adhesivo de la etiqueta hacia abajo por DENTRO de la ventana oval transparente. (Vea Diagramas 2 y 3) 3. Cierre la parte frontal del despachador. Para superficies porosas, con textura o empapeladas, una combinación de tornillos y cinta para instalación es lo recomendable. INSTALACIÓN CON CINTA ADHESIVA 1. Importante! El despachador abre por el frente. Para colocación ideal, el despachador debe ser instalado 7.6 cm (3") arriba de cualquier superficie, accesorio u obstáculo, y 5 cm (2") abajo de cualquier gabinete, accesorio u obstáculo. (Vea Diagrama 5) 2. Limpie bien la superficie de instalación con cualquier tipo de limpiador multiusos y una toalla de papel. (Vea Diagrama 6) NOTA: Cerciórese de que la superficie esté totalmente seca antes de proceder. 3. Retire el respaldo de la almohadilla adhesiva de la parte posterior del despachador. Asegúrese que la superficie de instalación está limpia y seca. Coloque con cuidado el despachador en el lugar deseado y presiónelo firmemente en la superficie durante 30 segundos. El seguro está en la parte de abajo al centro atrás del despachador. (Vea Diagrama 8) NOTA: Vea "Opción para Cerrar con Llave" si desea convertir su despachador al sistema con llave. 5. Mientras presiona el seguro para liberación, abra el despachador colocando su otra mano en la parte superior, y dirija el frente de la cubierta hacia adelante. (Vea Diagramas 9 y 10) NOTA: Deje el despachador vacío por un mínimo de 8 horas antes de llenarlo. INSTALACIÓN CON TORNILLOS 1. Importante! El despachador abre por el frente. Fije el despachador a la pared Diagrama 15 con los soportes y los tornillos provistos. Puede optar por retirar partedel respaldo de la cinta adhesiva, para sostener el despachador en la posición correcta mientras termina de instalarlo. (Vea Diagrama 15) OPCIÓN PARA CERRAR CON "LLAVE" Para mayor seguridad, su nuevo sistema despachador de espuma tiene una opción para cerrar con LLAVE. NOTA: El despachador le ha sido enviado en la modalidad manual, QUE NO REQUIERE LLAVE. Si desea cambiar su despachador a la modalidad con LLAVE, siga las instrucciones. La conversión puede realizarse antes o después de instalar el despachador. 1. Abra el despachador elevando el seguro para liberación. El seguro está en la parte de abajo al centro atrás del despachador. Mientras presiona el seguro para liberación, abra el despachador colocando su otra mano en la parte superior, y dirija el frente de la cubierta hacia adelante. Desde el INTERIOR del despachador, inserte la llave en la ranura situada en la parte posterior del despachador y presione hasta que la pieza del seguro sea expulsada de la parte inferior del despachador. (Vea Diagrama 17) Diagrama 17 CARGUE EL DESPACHADOR 1. Abra el despachador elevando el seguro para liberación (utilice la llave si está en la modalidad de cerrar con llave). El seguro está en la parte de abajo al centro atrás del despachador. (Vea Diagrama 22) Mientras presiona el seguro para liberación, abra el despachador colocando su otra mano en la parte superior, y dirija el frente de la cubierta hacia adelante. (Vea Diagrama 23) 3. Reinstale la pieza del seguro en la parte inferior del despachador con EL LADO RANURADO ALEJADO de la pared y hacia al frente del despachador. Presione la pieza del seguro dentro del despachador hasta que encaje en su lugar. (Vea Diagrama 18) Diagrama 18 Diagrama 19 Diagrama 22 Diagrama Sostenga la bolsa con la etiqueta hacia atrás. Coloque la parte de abajo de la bolsa en el despachador. (Vea Diagrama 24) Deslice el cuello de la bolsa sobre la guía y presione. Cerciórese de que el cuello de la bolsa esté totalmente insertado en la guía del cuello. (Vea Diagrama 25) 4. Para cerrar, mueva hacia arriba la cubierta frontal, luego presione ambos lados por la parte superior con los pulgares como se muestra. Presione de manera uniforme hasta que cierre firmemente. (Vea Diagrama 19) NOTA: NO CIERRE PRESIONANDO EL BOTÓN "PUSH"! 5. Para ABRIR, inserte la llave en las ranuras del seguro de liberación en la parte inferior del despachador y presione la llave hacia arriba. (Vea Diagrama 20). Coloque la otra mano en la parte superior y guíe la cubierta frontal hacia adelante. (Vea Diagrama 21) Diagrama 24 Diagrama Retire la tapa protectora de la bomba. (Vea Diagrama 26) Para cerrar, mueva hacia arriba la cubierta frontal, luego presione ambos lados por la parte superior con los pulgares como se muestra. Presione de manera uniforme hasta que cierre firmemente. (Vea Diagrama 27) Diagrama 20 Diagrama 21 NOTA: El despachador puede convertirse de nuevo al modo QUE NO REQUIERE LLAVE. 8 MANTENIMIENTO CAMBIE LAS BATERÍAS 6 baterías AA No requiere desarmador. NOTA: Requiere cambio de baterías cuando la luz del sensor parpadee en ROJO. 1. Abra el despachador elevando el seguro para liberación (utilice la llave si está en la modalidad de cerrar con llave). El seguro está en la parte de abajo al centro atrás del despachador. (Vea Diagrama 28) 2. Mientras presiona el seguro para liberación, abra el despachador colocando su otra mano en la parte SUPERIOR, y dirija el frente de la cubierta hacia adelante. (Vea Diagrama 29) 3. Levante la cubierta del compartimento de las baterías en la parte superior derecha. (Vea Diagrama 30) Diagrama 28 Diagrama Desconecte las terminales de las baterías y retire el paquete de baterías. Reemplace las 6 baterías AA con las nuevas baterías. (Vea Diagrama 31) 5. Regrese el paquete de baterías a su lugar y conecte las terminales de las baterías. (Vea Diagrama 32) 6. Cierre firmemente el compartimento de baterías.
