9 Texto 6 El cambio climático en España España siempre ha tenido un clima de grandes contrastes. El invierno es frío, mientras que el verano cálido es más parecido al del norte de África. Pero ahora, un análisis de datos históricos ha indicado una reducción en el número de días de lluvia en todo el territorio. Los impactos del cambio climático pueden tener consecuencias graves con la subida del nivel del mar y por consiguiente la erosión del litoral. Los granjeros pueden verse afectados por el efecto de las altas temperaturas sobre los animales. En Galicia habrá un incremento del peligro de incendios en los bosques. Otro aspecto de las proyecciones de clima futuro es la posible alteración en la intensidad y frecuencia de eventos climáticos extremos. 10 Texto 7 Cuando la diversidad llega a la orquesta Niños y jóvenes con necesidades especiales formándose en música? Esta es la situación de varios cientos de niños y jóvenes venezolanos de bajos y medianos recursos formándose dentro del Sistema Nacional de Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela (FESNOJIV). Las orquestas tienen como objetivo ayudar a estos jóvenes y niños que no pueden participar en el sistema escolar y/o laboral fomentando el uso adecuado de su tiempo libre. Pretenden darles la oportunidad de aprender nuevas habilidades mediante la reparación y fabricación de instrumentos y la formación musical. Otro beneficio es la posibilidad de dar conciertos en el extranjero y al mismo tiempo conocer nuevas culturas. Según Felipe Bosque, Director del Programa de Integración Social de la Orquesta Sinfónica Infantil y Juvenil del Estado de Aragua, todos los niños progresan diferentemente aunque el aprendizaje de algunos puede ser más lento. Todos requieren paciencia, comprensión y amor. Para facilitar el acceso de alumnos con discapacidad visual, por ejemplo, el programa cuenta con la cátedra de musicografía en Braille. Sin embargo, con frecuencia existe una solución más sencilla: apelar al profesor o a algún compañero vidente para que dicte al alumno ciego afirma el Señor Bosque. Inclusive tenemos un joven con parálisis cerebral severa en la banda rítmica, pandereta en mano. Hay que ver la felicidad de ese joven y lo que ha ganado en autoestima.
