1 INVITATION I PANAMERICAN OLYMPIC FESTIVAL (PAN AMERICAN SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP OF OLYMPIC WRESTLING) GRECO ROMAN STYLE, MALE AND FEMALE FREE STYLE FROM 15 TO 17 JULY 2014, MEXICO, DF I. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Pan American Sports Organization (PASO), with the guarantee of the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (FILA) and the Pan American Council of Associated Wrestling (CPLA), invites all National Sports Federation of Olympic Wrestling in the American Continent, to participate in the I Pan-American Olympic Festival (Pan American Senior Championship of Wrestling 2014), in Greco Roman Styles, Free Women and Free Men. The competitions are conducted in accordance with the rules of FILA and its regulations in force under the technical coordination of CPLA and the Mexican Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (MFAWS). II. PLACE AND DATE: The competitions will be held in the Gymnasium of the National Polytechnic Institute, located in Mexico City, DF, during the dates ranging from 15 to 17 July III. PARTICIPATION: All countries affiliated to FILA / CPLA may participate. Each International Wrestling Federation may participate with one athlete per style and weight division (including the host country), which must have its respective competition license FILA 2014.

VISA: Countries that require visa to enter México, should contact the Organizing Committee through their NOC'S and send the documentation in a timely manner. VI. REGISTRATION: The preliminary registration must be sent to the Organizing Committee before May 15, The final registration with names and last names must be sent to the Organizing Committee no later than June 15, 2014.

3 The final entry form must be submitted, at the latest, at the secretariat of the tournament at 12:00 hrs. of the respective weighing day indicated in the annex program. After that time, no changes or additional entries will be accepted. VII. TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION: Will be in charge of the technical delegates of FILA and the Mexican Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (MFAWS), according to the current regulations of FILA. A maximum of 02 Judges-Referees according to the number of mattresses of wrestling per country. In the competition 03 wrestling mattresses certified by FILA will be used. Each wrestler shall submit to an obligatory medical examination before the respective weighing. The classification by nations will be determined based from the individual classification of the wrestlers from the 1st to 10th place. VIII. AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded in each weight division. During the awards ceremony will be hoisted the National Flags of the first 4 ranked wrestlers and will run the national anthem of the wrestler who scored the first place. Each International Delegation must bring the flag of his country (1.00 x 1.50 mts.) and CD of their national anthem.

5 XII. HOUSING, FOOD AND TRANSPORTATION: Accommodation for Delegates and Referees FILA is expected in hotels near the place of competitions. Accommodation for Delegations is provided on the Mexican Olympic Sports Center (MOSC). The heads of each delegation are responsible for any harm or damage caused by members of his delegation to the facilities by paying the appropriate fee. The arrival of the delegations will be in the International Airport "Benito Juarez" in Mexico City, the Organizing Committee guarantees the transfer from the airport to the accommodation and competitions. XIII. CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PANAMERICAN SPORTS GAMES XVII "TORONTO 2015": Classify all GOLD medal winners in each weight class and style. It is clarified that the classification is given to the country, not to the particular athlete. All NOC'S and the respective National Federations are obliged to participate in the same style and weight division in which they qualified (with the same or another athlete) at the Pan American Senior Championships, In the case of the Federations of Central American and the Caribbean, must participate in the same style and weight division in which they qualified (with the same or another athlete), along the Pan American Senior Championship 2015, in XXII Central American and Caribbean Games to be held in November 2014, in Veracruz, Mexico. 8 CONVOCATORIA I FESTIVAL OLÍMPICO PANAMERICANO (CAMPEONATO PANAMERICANO SENIOR DE LUCHA OLÍMPICA) ESTILOS GRECO ROMANA, LIBRE FEMENINO Y LIBRE MASCULINO DEL 15 AL 17 DE JULIO DE 2014, MÉXICO, DF I. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL: La Organización Deportiva Panamericana (ODEPA), con el aval de la Federación Internacional de Estilos de Lucha Asociadas (FILA) y del Consejo Panamericano de Luchas Asociadas (CPLA), convoca a todas las Federaciones Deportivas Nacionales de Lucha Olímpica del Continente Americano, a participar en el I Festival Olímpico Panamericano (Campeonato Panamericano Senior de Lucha 2014), en los Estilos Greco Romano, Libre Femenino y Libre Masculino. Las competencias se realizarán de acuerdo con las reglas de la FILA y su reglamento vigente, bajo la coordinación técnica del CPLA y la Federación Mexicana de Luchas Asociadas (FMLA). II. LUGAR Y FECHA: Las competencias se realizarán en el Gimnasio del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, ubicado en la Ciudad de México, DF, durante las fechas comprendidas del 15 al 17 de Julio del III. PARTICIPACIÓN: Podrán participar todos los Países afiliados a la FILA / CPLA. Cada Federación Internacional de Lucha podrá participar con un atleta por estilo y división de peso (incluyendo al país sede), el cual deberá tener su respectiva licencia de competidor FILA del año 2014.

VISA: Los países que requieran visa de ingreso a México, deberán contactar al Comité Organizador a través de sus CON s y enviar la documentación en tiempo y forma. VI. INSCRIPCIÓN: La inscripción preliminar deberá enviarse al Comité Organizador, antes del 15 de Mayo de La inscripción definitiva con nombres y apellidos, deberá enviarse al Comité Organizador, a más tardar el 15 de Junio de 2014.

10 La planilla de inscripción final deberá entregarse a más tardar- en la secretaría del torneo a las 12:00 hrs. del día del pesaje respectivo señalado en el programa anexo. Después de ese horario no se aceptaran modificaciones o inscripciones adicionales. VII. ORGANIZACIÓN TÉCNICA: Estará a cargo de los delegados técnicos de la FILA y la Federación Mexicana de Luchas Asociadas (FMLA), de acuerdo a las regulaciones vigentes de la FILA. Se aceptarán un máximo de 02 Jueces- Árbitros de acuerdo al número de colchones de lucha por país. En la competencia se utilizarán 03 colchones de lucha homologados por FILA. Cada luchador se someterá a examen médico obligatorio antes del pesaje respectivo. La clasificación por naciones se determinará en base a la clasificación individual de los luchadores del 1 al 10 lugar. VIII. PREMIACION: Se premiará en cada división de peso. Durante la ceremonia de premiación se izarán las Banderas Nacionales de los 4 primeros luchadores clasificados y se ejecutará el himno nacional del país del luchador que obtuvo el primer lugar. Cada Delegación Internacional deberá traer la bandera de su país (1.00 x 1.50 mts.) y CD de su himno nacional.

12 XII. ALOJAMIENTO, ALIMENTACIÓN Y TRANSPORTE: El alojamiento para los Delegados FILA y Árbitros está previsto en hoteles cercanos al lugar de competencias. El alojamiento para las Delegaciones está previsto en el Centro Deportivo Olímpico Mexicano (CDOM). Los jefes de cada delegación se responsabilizarán del daño o averías causadas por los miembros de su delegación a las instalaciones pagando el costo correspondiente. El arribo de las delegaciones será en el Aeropuerto Internacional "Benito Juárez" de la ciudad de México, el Comité Organizador garantiza el traslado del aeropuerto al lugar de alojamiento y a las competencias. XIII. CLASIFICACIÓN PARA LOS XVII JUEGOS DEPORTIVOS PANAMERICANOS "TORONTO 2015": Clasifican todos los ganadores de medalla de ORO en cada estilo y división de peso. Se aclara que la clasificación es otorgada al país, no al atleta en particular. Todos los CON s y las respectivas Federaciones Nacionales, quedan obligadas a participar en el mismo estilo y división de peso en que hayan clasificado (con el mismo u otro atleta) en el Campeonato Panamericano Senior, del año En el caso de las Federaciones del área de Centroamérica y el Caribe, deberán participar en el mismo estilo y división de peso en que hayan clasificado (con el mismo u otro atleta), además del Campeonato Panamericano Senior del año 2015, en los XXII Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe a realizarse en el mes de noviembre del año 2014, en Veracruz, México. Quienes no cumplan con lo anterior, perderán el derecho adquirido.
