2 BASES X COPA MUNDIAL ABIERTA DE SAMBO Y COMBATSAMBO MASCULINO Y FEMENINO ALBERT ASTAKHOV Condiciones Generales: La X Copa Mundial Abierta de Sambo y combatsambo Masculino y Femenino Albert Astakhov, se realizará de acuerdo a las reglas aceptadas por la FIAS y su Comité Ejecutivo, el Campeonato estará auspiciado por la Federación Venezolana de Sambo, Objetivos: El campeonato tiene los siguientes objetivos: Popularizar y desarrollar el Sambo a nivel nacional y panamericano y mundial. Establecer lazos deportivos y de amistad a nivel internacional. Reconocer el trabajo realizado por el Prof. Albert Astakhov en el Sambo Venezolano y de América. Lugar y Fecha del Evento: La X Copa Mundial Abierta de Sambo y combatsambo Masculino y Femenino Albert Astakhov, se realizará en el Gimnasio cubierto Belisario Aponte en Maracaibo-Venezuela del _26 de Junio al 1 de Julio del Condiciones de Participación: Las Federaciones Nacionales de Sambo miembros de la FIAS, podrán participar en la X Copa Mundial Abierta de Sambo y combatsambo Masculino y Femenino Albert Astakhov, de acuerdo a la siguiente composición oficial: Un (1) Jefe de Delegación. Dos (2) Árbitros. Dos (2) Entrenadores. Un (1) Médico. Todos los atletas que deseen participar en las siguientes categorías de pesos: BASES X OPEN WORLD CUP OF SAMBO AND COMBATSAMBO MALE AND FEMALE "ALBERT ASTAKHOV" General Conditions: The X Open World Cup of Sambo and combatsambo Male and Female "Albert Astakhov will be carried out according to the rules accepted by the FIAS and its Executive Committee, the Championship is promoted by the Venezuelan s Sambo Federation. Objectives: The championship has the following objectives: To popularize and develop the Sambo at national and Pan-American and world. To fortify the sports ties and the friendship at international level. To recognize the work carried out by the Prof. Albert Astakhov in the Venezuelan s Sambo and America. Place and Date of the Event: The X Open World Cup of Sambo Male and Female "Albert Astakhov", will be carried out in the gym Belisario Aponte in Maracaibo-Venezuela from _26 sof of June to 1th July of Conditions of Participation: The Nationals Federations of Sambo members of FIAS, would be able to participate in the X Open World Cup of Sambo and combatsambo Male and Female "Albert Astakhov", according to the following official composition: One (1) Team. Leader Two (2) Referees. Two (2) Coaches. One (1) Doctor. All the athletes that want to participate in the following categories of weight: Masculino:Deportivo. y combatsambo. 57 Kg. 62 Kg. 74 Kg. 82 Kg. 90 Kg. 100 Kg Kg. 3 Las inscripciones preliminares serán enviadas al Comité Organizador o a la Federación Venezolana de Sambo en un tiempo no mayor al 01 de Junio del 2.013, indicando el número de participantes y personal adjunto en el formato de inscripción anexo. A fin de completar la formalización de las visas, cada equipo nacional deberá enviar a la FEVE- SAMBO o al Comité Organizador a más tardar el 01 de Junio del la lista de los atletas participantes y de los miembros de delegación de cada país indicando: Copia y número de pasaporte (nombre completo de la persona, fecha de nacimiento, nacionalidad y ciudadanía). Ocupación. Lugar de trabajo. Dirección. Número de teléfono. Así como la fecha de arribo y salida del país. Términos Técnicos: Las reglas de realización de la competencia serán las aceptadas y aprobadas por la FIAS y su Reglamento Internacional, cada Samboka deberá realizarse un control médico completo en el país donde habite, tres (3) días antes de su arribo a Venezuela. Cada Samboka deberá presentarse al control médico una (1) hora antes del pesaje, y cada uno deberá tener un seguro médico para el periodo total de la competencia. El Comité Organizador garantizará el equipo de primeros auxilios y paramédicos para cada uno de los participantes durante el evento. Se premiará los tres (3) primeros lugares con medallas de oro, plata y bronce de forma individual y al campeón de cada categoría se le otorgará la Copa Albert Astakhov. Los Delegados de cada equipo proveerán al Jefe de Pare-Master del campeonato los siguientes documentos: inscripción de los participantes en el campeonato por categoría de peso (masculino y femenino), pasaporte vigente, licencia internacional del participante, bandera nacional de 1 x 2 metros y el himno nacional grabado en un CD. Términos Financieros: La inscripción, comida y alojamiento será gratuita Adicionales: Todos los participantes en este evento serán provistos de Visa a fin de enviarlas a las embajadas y consulados oficiales de Venezuela. Toda la correspondencia relativa a esta X Copa Terms of Participation: The preliminary inscriptions will be send to the Organizer Committee or the Venezuelan Sambo Federation, not longer than the 01 st of June 2.013, indicating the number of participants and personnel that will be present in the event, in the enclosed format of inscription. Technical Terms: The rules that will be applied in this competence, are those accepted and approved by the FIAS and its International Rules, each Samboka has to do complete medical control in his own country, three (3) days before that he arrives to Venezuela. Each Samboka should present the medical control one (1) hour before the weigh-in, and each one should have a medical insurance for the total period of the competence. The Organizing Committee will guarantee the firstaid kit and paramedics for each one of the participants during the event. The three first places will be rewarded with medals of gold, silver and bronze in an individual way and to the champion of each category will be granted with the "Albert Astakhov s" Cup. The Team Leaders will provide to the Chief Secretary of the championship the following documents: the participants' inscription in the championship for category of weight (male and female), passport, international licenses of the participant, national flag of 1 x 2 meters and the national hymn recorder in a CD. Financial Terms: The inscription,foot and accommodation is free Additional: All the participants in this event will be provided of Visa in order to send them to the embassies and official consulates of Venezuela.
