Durante la fase intermedia de la elaboración (entre la cortadora longitudinal y transversal) se seleccionan las tiras en función del tamaño de elaboración y combinando así todas las posibilidades de corte, confiriendo de este modo una total flexibilidad a la línea, siendo posible obtener piezas de distintas medidas en un mismo tablero. Cuando aprovechamos la posibilidad de giro en la cortadora inicial, también podemos realizar el corte de la totalidad del tablero, en modo estándar, sólo en esta cortadora, y descargar en la mesa desplazable de descarga, sin pasar al resto de la línea. Esta línea de corte tiene una elevada capacidad de producción y permite obtener piezas cortadas con tolerancias muy ajustadas. La programación del ciclo de trabajo y la visualización de la secuencia del mismo se realiza sobre dos terminales de operador con pantalla, donde se visualizan todos los parámetros del ciclo de corte. On taking advantage of the turning possibility in the initial cutter we can also make the cutting of the whole board, on standard mode, only with this cutter and discharging on the shiftable delivery table and omitting the remaining line operations. This cutting line has a high production capacity and allows to get cut pieces having very narrow tolerances. The working cycle program and the visualization of the sequence is made on the display of a PC s terminal where the operator can see all the cutting cycle parameters.
