By Marta Por fin un buen libro de auto-ayuda en español ( la mayoria de ellos son tan pesados!). Este es differente. Me
encanta como está escrito- es como hablar con el autor y hacer un poco de "brainstorming" con el. Me encanta la frase: "vamos, pero vamos audarnos uno a otro!". El autor comparte muchas historias personales de su vida y también comenta otras historias de sus amigos o familiares. Todo este te hace parar y pensar un poco de tu propia vida. Es un gran libro para momentos de reflexión y meditación. Parece que vas hablando con el mismo autor! genial! Es muy fácil de leer. Español es mi tercer idioma y normalmente leo en inglés (la mayoria de libros de autoayuda en español faltan de acción y les encuentro un poco "bla bla bla" y "poco acción", para mi, los autores de habla inglesa suelen ser más practicos, en general, claro, creo que son las diferencias culturals).
