2010 Govermente reduce personnel due to Financial Problems
Puerto Rico s Commercial Fisheries Profile 2015 1,100 Commercial Active Fishers during the last three years. 20,000 trip tickets reported yearly 1.25 Millions Pound Reported yearly Approximately 800 trips intervirewed by port samplers to collect bostatistics data yearly. CFSP personnel observed a decrease in fishing activity.

Port samplers visited 3-4 days weekly the fishing centers to collect Biostatistical data.
Data Entry Status Trip ticket the CFSP is entering the May 2014 landings data. Biostatistics Port samplers enter their data using NOAA/SEFSC/TIP. They are entering Jan- Feb 2015.
