Adoption of draft agenda The draft agenda was adopted in the form shown in these minutes. 2. Election of members to the Committee Bureau The Co-Chair announced the appointment of Co-Chair Nora Castro to a government post in Uruguay and congratulated her on her new position. Consequently, Mr Carlos Baráibar (Parlatino, Uruguay) was elected by acclamation. 3. Consideration of amendments and vote on a new motion for a joint resolution 'Water and related issues in EU-LAC relations' EP co-rapporteur: Ms Irena Belohorská (EP, NI) LAC co-rapporteur: Mr José Guadarrama Márques (EU-Mexico JPC) The two co-rapporteurs, Ms Irena Belohorská (EP, NI) and Mr José Guadarrama Márques (EU- Mexico JPC) presented their motion for a joint resolution.
