It was a very successful fundraising event. Thank you to Wayne and Kim Proctor for assembling the event and coordinating with various ministries to ensure that the bazaar was a success. I also thank all the ministries that donated crafts or prepared food to sell. The bazaar was a demonstration of how our Holy Cross community comes together for the good of the parish. Lastly, thanks to you, our parishioners, for your prayers and for coming out to enjoy the fruits of all the hard work of our Church. The fundraiser raised close to $15,000 and it is because of your dedication. Thank you for furthering the mission of our parish and blessing our parish with your love. This verse captures our parish. Each family is a vital part to our success. Including events, about 40%, have made a financial commitment to the future of Holy Cross by pledging $2.7 million While about 870 families have not yet pledged to the GIFT campaign, you can see our construction progress and our commitment to expand. A body cannot function properly, nor thrive, when over 50% of its parts are not fully engaged. We need everyone s love, prayers, support and financial commitment to continue moving forward. It is up to all of us, especially those who have not pledged to raise the remaining construction costs of $6,000,000!
