HE 2501 09 4D Defrost system / Sistema de desescarche Fin spacing (mm) / Espacio entre aletas Surface (m 2 ) / Superficie Fan number / Número de ventiladores Fan ø (mm) / Ventilador ø (mm) Series / Serie aracterísticas generales: Nuestros paquetes aleteados de alta eficiencia están fabricados con aletas de aluminio de perfil especial y tubo de cobre con ranuras internas de ø12 mm de alta calidad. Los intercambiadores de calor se suministran limpios en el interior de las tuberías y probados a una presión de 30 bars. La carcasa: De aluminio pintado blanco al polvo electrostático, con alta resistencia contra la corrosión y los impactos. No produce residuos tóxicos. Los ventiladores: Todos con motor axial de rotor externo con alto estándar de seguridad y adaptados a la carcasa con un sistema anti-vibración. Sistema de desescarche: Proporcionado por resistencias de acero inoxidable enfundadas en tubos de aluminio localizados en el paquete aleteado y en la bandeja de desagüe. Instalación y partes eléctricas: onexión a toma de tierra, instalada en caja de conexiones con agujeros de acceso equipados con sistema de estanqueidad. Todo el material seleccionado cuidadosamente para su fiabilidad a largo plazo. Tubos de cobre con ranuras interiores: La superficie interna de la tubería de cobre está ranurada con ranuras internas para aumentar el intercambio de eficiencia de calor del área de contacto de superficie en un 30-50%. General features: The high efficient coils are made from high quality inner-grooved copper tubes ø12 mm and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars. asing: White powder coated aluminium, highly anti-corrosion strength, impact resistance, and does not produce polluting debris. Stainless steel for casing and galvanized sheet for ventilator is available on HE 500 series. Fan motors: ll with high quality axial fan motors with high safety standards fitted well to the unit casing with an anti-vibration system. Defrost heating: Provided by stainless steel heater elements covered by the aluminium tubes, located in the finned pack and in the drain pan. Electrical parts and wiring: re connected to an earth terminal, carried out in junction box with access holes equipped with water-proof cable grands. ll materials are selected carefully for long-term reliability. Inner-Grooved opper Tubing: The inside surface of copper tubing is grooved with inner slots to enlarge the contact surface area increasing heat efficiency exchange by 30-50%. 2
