31 Embalaje/Packaging Garantía Warranty L H W W W 2V I J L M AA AB AC AD AE AN Sistema Azud, S.A. se compromete a reponer cualquier pieza defectuosa o a reparar cualquier defecto de fabricación o ensamblaje que sea de su eclusiva responsabilidad, siempre que el comprador ponga en conocimiento de Sistema Azud, SA los defectos en un plazo máimo de un año desde la fecha de entrega de los mismos. Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo, no se admitirán reclamaciones ni devoluciones de ningún tipo por esta causa. La garantía no cubrirá los gastos de desplazamiento ni envío de piezas y materiales de ningún tipo, ni los gastos de montaje o desmontaje de los productos. 2. Esta garantía tendrá validez sólo si las reclamaciones han sido realizadas por escrito, dentro del periodo de cobertura de garantía, y remitidas dentro de los 30 días siguientes al descubrimiento del defecto o anomalía. 3. La garantía no se etiende a los daños y defectos provocados y/o atribuibles a una mala instalación de los productos y materiales, a una falta de mantenimiento o mantenimiento inadecuado de los productos y materiales, al desgaste o uso incorrecto de los mismos, al uso de materiales consumibles no recomendados por Sistema Azud, SA, y en general cualquier otro tipo de irregularidad ajena al funcionamiento de los mismos. 4. La garantía no cubrirá la reparación del daño o perjuicio procedentes de la utilización del producto en lugares, instalaciones, entornos, o fines, en que no concurran factores, condiciones o características adecuadas para obtener un rendimiento óptimo del producto. 5. Las reparaciones realizadas durante el periodo de garantía no prolongarán la duración de la misma. 6. La presente garantía no se etenderá a aquellos productos y materiales, y componentes o accesorios que no hayan sido fabricados por Sistema Azud, S.A. o que no hayan sido adquiridos directamente a ésta. La presente no es una garantía para consumidores o usuarios finales y no se etiende sino a aquellos clientes que compran directamente los productos de Sistema Azud, S.A. 7. Se ecluyen de esta garantía los daños y defectos atribuibles a caso fortuito o fuerza mayor; y epresamente a los ocasionados por unas inadecuadas condiciones de operación dentro de los intervalos recomendados por Sistema Azud, S. A. tanto de presión de trabajo, calidad de la fuente de agua, tensión eléctrica de suministro, y condiciones de eposición a ambientes agresivos (salinos, ácidos, básicos y otros). 8. Sistema Azud, S.A. podrá comprobar en todo caso y previamente, los defectos causados por el comprador por los medios oportunos, sin que el comprador pueda entorpecer la actuación de las personas encargadas por Sistema Azud, S.A. para verificar la comprobación. 9. La garantía no cubre aquellos defectos atribuibles a alteraciones, modificaciones, reparaciones o manipulaciones efectuadas por personal ajeno a Sistema Azud, S.A. sin el conocimiento de ésta, o sin haber seguido sus instrucciones. 0. Sistema Azud, S.A. no será responsable de ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental o consecuencial, incluyendo pero no limitado a posibles daños en el sistema donde se integre el equipo de filtración durante periodos durante periodos de funcionamiento defectuoso. This warranty will not cover the products and materials; components or accessories which have not been manufactured by Sistema Azud, S.A. or have not been directly bought from Sistema Azud, S.A. This warranty is not a consumer or final users warranty and does not etend to anyone other than those trade costumers who directly purchase from Sistema Azud, S.A. 7. It is ecluded from this warranty damages and failures in the sold materials that result from fortuitous facts and force majeure, such as those caused by inadequate working conditions within the recommended intervals made by Sistema Azud, S.A, so much of working pressure, water quality, voltage and eposure conditions to aggressive environments (saline, acid, basic and others). 8. Sistema Azud, S.A. will be allowed to check the defects caused by the buyer by the means that may be considered to be appropriate, in any case and previously. The purchaser is not allowed to obstruct the proceedings of the people authorized by Sistema Azud, S.A. for verifying the facts. 9. This warranty will not cover those defects which can be attributable to alterations, modifications, or handling made by nonauthorized personnel without the previous knowledge or without following the instructions given by Sistema Azud, S.A. 0. Sistema Azud, S.A. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to possible damages in the system where the filtration equipment is integrated during defective working periods. PRECIOS Los precios se entienden "franco" nuestro almacén, embalajes incluidos para transporte terrestre, siendo por cuenta del cliente los impuestos correspondientes. PEDIDOS Para evitar errores, rogamos remitan sus pedidos por escrito, de acuerdo con las referencias y descripciones de nuestra Tarifa de precios, ajustando las cantidades a los estándares que se indican. In case the return of materials is accepted, the buyer will have to compensate Sistema Azud, S.A. for the epenses, in an amount equivalent to the 0% of the materials value. All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Number assigned by Sistema Azud, S.A. The customer will return the goods perfectly packed and freight prepaid. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS SERVICE The technical service to the starting up of the equipments is not included in the offers given by Sistema Azud, S.A. This service will be invoiced according to the official price list, available to the customers. The technical assistance is not included in the guarantee period of the equipments. It will be invoiced according to the official price list, available to the customers. RETENTION OF TITLE Sistema Azud, S.A. reserves the ownership of the products until full payment of the invoice. From then, the ownership of the products will be transferred to the customer, who, without prejudice to the previous, will be totally liable for any damages caused after the delivery date.
