6 E INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE. Quitar la rueda de repuesto y el protector térmico situado sobre el tubo de escape.. Soltar la parte de abajo del paragolpes quitando los dos tapones plásticos. 3. Quitar la masilla de los orificios del chasis que coinciden con los puntos de sujeción del enganche. 4. Colocar las tuercas enjauladas M0 sobre orificios que coinciden con los puntos y las de M sobre los orificios que coinciden con los puntos. 5. Colocar el cuerpo central del enganche tras el paragolpes y sujetar sobre los puntos mediante tornillos Mx40, arandelas planas y aros elásticos. (Al colocar el enganche habrá que efectuar un pequeño recorte en la parte de abajo del paragolpes para la salida de las piezas de sujeción de la bola). 6. Colocar las piezasay B como se muestra en el dibujo y sujetar sobre los puntos mediante tornillos M0x35, arandelas planas y aros elásticos. 7. Unir las piezasay B al enganche sobre los puntos 3 y En los puntos 3 sujetar con tornillos M0x35, arandelas planas y tuercas M0. En los puntos 4 sujetar con tornillos Mx40, arandelas planas y tuercas M. 9. Apretar todo según el par de apriete correspondiente. (Es recomendable revisar el par de apriete después de los primeros 000 km. de uso). 0. Volver a sujetar la parte de abajo del paragolpes, la protección anticalórica del tubo de escape y la rueda de repuesto. Remove the spare wheel and the protective thermic situated at the exhaust pipe.. Loosen the dowside bumper removing the two plastic plug. 3. Remove the filler from the chassis holds with towbar fixing points 4. Place M0 special nuts at holds which match with points and M ones at holds which match with points. 5. Place towbar behind the bumper and fix at points using Mx40 bolts, flat washers and spring washers. Make a little recess in the downside bumper to let the fixing pieces ball out. 6. PlaceAand B pieces (look the drawing) and fix at points using M0x35 bolts,flat washers and spring washers. 7. Join A and B pieces to the towbar at points 3 and At points 3 fix with M0x35 bolts, flat washers and M0 nuts. At points 4 fix with bolts Mx40, flat washers and M nuts. 9. Tightening at the bolts according to the recommended tightening torque. (Retighten all the bolts after the first 000 km. of towing. 0. Refix the downside bumper, the protective thermic from the exhaust pipe and the spare wheel. Enlever la roue de rechange et le protecteur termique situé sur le pot d'échappement.. Lachêr la partie inferieure du parechocs en enlevant les deux bouchons en plastique. 3. Enlever la mastic des orifices du châssis qui s'adapte avec les points de fixation de l'attelage. 4. Placer les écrous en cage M0 sur les orifices qui s'adapte avec les points et les M sur les orifices qui s'adapte avec les points. 5. Placer le corps central de l'attelage derrièr du pare-chocs et fixer sur les points à l'aide des vis Mx40, des rondelles plates et des rondelles freins. Faire une découpe dans la partie inferieure du pare-chocs pour la sortie des pièces de fixation de la boule. 6. Placer les pièces A et B (regarder dessin) et fixer sur les points à l'aide des vis M0x35, rondelles plates et des rondelles freins. 7. 7 8. Dans les points 3 fixer avec des vis M0x35, rondelles plates et des écrous M0. Dans les points 4 fixer sur les vis Mx40, rondelles plates et des écrous M. 9. Serrer selon le couple de serrage correspondant. (Il est conseillé de contrôler le couple de serrage après les 000 premiers kilometres d'utilisation. 0. Refixer la partie dessous du pare-chocs, la protection anticalorique du pot d'échappement et la roue de rechange. Nota: Enganches y Remolques Aragón, S.L., n'est pas responsable des dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation. I ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO. Togliere la ruota di scorta ed il protettore termico situato sul tubo di scappamento.. Allentare la parte inferiore del paraurti togliendo i due tappi plastici. 3. Togliere il mastice dai fori del chassis che coincidono con i punti di serraggio del gancio. 4. Serrare i dadi speciali M0 sui fori che coincidono con i punti e quelli di M sui fori che coincidono con i punti. 5. Collocare il corpo centrale del gancio dietro il paraurti e serrare sui punti per mezzo di viti Mx40, rondelle piane e rondelle elastiche. ( Per collocare il gancio bisognerà effettuare un piccolo taglio nella parte inferiore del paraurti per permettere la fuoruscita dei pezzi di serraggio della sfera e per permettere la fuoriuscita della base della spina di corrente). 6. Collocare i pezzi A e B come si mostra nel disegno e serrare sui punti per mezzo di viti M0x35, rondelle piane e rondelle elastiche. 7. Unire i pezziae B con il gancio sui punti 3 e Nei punti 3 serrare con viti M0x35, rondelle piane e dadi M0. Nei punti 4 serrare con viti Mx40, rondelle piane e dadi M. 9. Serrare la bulloneria applicando la forza di bloccaggio corrispondente. (È consigliabile controllare il perfetto serraggio dopo circa 000 km di traino). 0. Ricollocare la parte inferiore del paraurti, la protezione termica del tubo di scappamento e la ruota di scorta. Versiegelungsmasse an den Löchern im Chassis entfernen, in welche die Aufhängungen der Anhängerkupplung geführt werden. 4. Käfigschrauben M0 an den mit den Punkten übereinstimmenden Löchern und M an den mit den Punkten übereinstimmenden Löchern ansetzen. 5. Mittelteil der Anhängerkupplung hinter der Stossstange ansetzen und mit den Schrauben Mx40 und den dazugehörigen Federringen und flachen Unterlegscheiben an den Punkten verschrauben. (Für die Passung der Kupplung ist im unteren Bereich der Stossstange ein kleiner Ausschnitt für das Teil anzubringen, an dem die Kugel zu sitzen kommt). 6. Teile A und B wie auf der Abbildung gezeigt ansetzen und mit den Schrauben M0x35 und den dazugehörigen Federringen flachen Unterlegscheiben an den Punkten verschrauben. 7. TeileAund B dann an den Punkten 3 und 4 mit dem Mittelteil deranhängerkupplung verbinden. 8. An den Punkten 3 erfolgt die Verschraubung mit den Schrauben M0x35, flachen Unterlegscheiben und M0er Muttern. An den Punkten 4 werden die Schrauben Mx40, flachen Unterlegscheiben und Mer Muttern verwendet. 9. Zusammenbau mit dem vorgegebenen Anzugsmoment fest verschrauben (es empfiehlt sich, das Anzugsmoment nach den ersten 000 gefahrenen Kilometern zu überprüfen). 0. Unteren Teil der Stossstange wieder befestigen, Wärmeschutz über dem Auspuff wieder einlegen und schliesslich das Reserverad wieder einbauen.
