For detailed instructions and specifications, refer to the user manual on the CD enclosed with this product or at manhattan-products.com. 1. With the device connected to your computer and media source (A), the Found New Hardware Wizard displays a Welcome screen. Click Cancel to continue. 2. Insert the included driver/software CD. When the initial menu displays, click Driver Install or run Driver\Setup.exe. 3. On the Ready to Install the Program screen, click Install. Note: If one or more Windows Security prompts appear during the Status updates, click Install or Continue Anyway. 4. On the driver s Complete screen, click Finish. 5. On the menu, click Software Install or run EZ Grabber\Setup.exe. 6. On the Ready to Install the Program screen, click Install. 7. On the application s Complete screen, click Finish. 8. On the menu, click Honestech VHS to DVD or run VHS2DVD\Setup.exe. 9. On the Choose Setup Language screen, select a language and click Next. 10. On the License Agreement screen, select I accept... and click Next. 11. On the Choose Destination Location screen, click Next. 12. On the Honestech Ready to Install the Program screen, click Install. 13. On the Honestech Complete screen, click Finish. 14. On the menu, click Users Guide. 15. In the directory, open the HTVideoToDVD file, then click Using the honestech VHS to DVD 2.5 to display the Instructions options. 16. On the menu, click Utility if you don t already have DirectX 9.0 or higher on your computer. Note: This is required to operate the device. 17. In the directory, open the DirectX file to install it. The EZ Grabber and Honestech icons (B) should display on the desktop. Launch either program to display the corresponding on-screen interface. For details about using the on-screen interfaces to operate the Grabber, refer to the user manual on the CD or online at manhattan-products.com. 2 ENGLISH

3 Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Audio/Video Grabber Kurzanleitung Deutsch Diese Kurzanleitung zeigt die grundlegenden Schritte zur Einrichtung dieses Geräts. Für genauere Anweisungen nutzen Sie bitte das beiliegende Handbuch auf CD oder auf manhattan-products.com. 1. Wenn das Gerät an Ihren PC und die Medienquelle angeschlossen ist (A), startet der Installationsbildschirm. Klicken Sie auf Cancel. 2. Legen Sie die beiliegende Treiber-CD in Ihr Laufwerk. Wenn sich das Menü öffnet, klicken Sie auf Driver Install oder starten Sie die Datei Driver\Setup.exe. 3. Klicken Sie im nächsten Schritt auf Install. Hinweis: Werden während der Installation Windows- Sicherheitsfenster geöffnet, klicken Sie auf Install oder Continue anyway. 4. Im letzten Installationsschritt, klicken Sie auf Finish. 5. Im folgenden Menü klicken Sie auf Software Install oder starten Sie die Datei EZ Grabber\Setup.exe. 6. Im nächsten Schritt klicken Sie auf Install. 7. Nach Abschluss der Installation klicken Sie auf Finish. 8. Im Menü klicken Sie auf Honestech VHS to DVD oder starten Sie die Datei VHS2DVD\Setup.exe. 9. Wählen Sie eine Sprache und klicken Sie auf Next. 10. Stimmen Sie den Lizenzbestimmungen mit I accept... zu und klicken Sie auf Next. 11. Wählen Sie ein Zielverzeichnis aus und klicken Sie auf Next. 12. Klicken Sie im nächsten Schritt auf Install. 13. Im letzten Installationsschritt klicken Sie auf Finish. 14. Klicken Sie im Menü auf Users Guide. 15. Öffnen Sie im Verzeichnis die Datei HTVideoToDVD, klicken Sie dann auf Using the honestech VHS to DVD 2.5, um die Anweisungsoptionen anzuzeigen. 16. En la pantalla de contrato de licencia, seleccione I accept... y haga clic Next. 11. En la pantalla Elegir ubicación de destino, haga clic en Next. 12. En la pantalla para instalar el programa Honestech, haga clic en Install. 13. En la pantalla Honestech Completo, haga clic en Finish. 14. En el menu, haga clic en Users Guide. 15. Po podłączeniu urządzenia do komputera pojawi (A) się systemowy Kreator znajdowania nowego sprzętu. Wybierz Anuluj, aby kontynuować. 2. Umieść dołączoną płytę CD w napędzie CD/DVD komputera. W oknie wyboru folderu instalacji wciśnij Next. 12. W oknie gotowości do instalacji programu Honestech wybierz Install. 13. Po zakończeniu instalacji programu wybierz Finish. 14. W oknie menu wybierz User Guide. 15. W katalogu otwórz plik HTVideoToDVD, następnie wybierz Using the honestech VHS to DVD 2.5, aby wyświetlić instrukcję programu. 16. Con la periferica connessa al computer e alla sorgente multimediale (A), appare sullo schermo un messaggio di benvenuto della procedura guidata per il nuovo hardware. Cliccare Cancella per continuare. 2. Inserire il CD incluso contenente driver/software. Quando appare il menù iniziale, cliccare Installare driver o avviare Driver\Setup.exe. 3. Quando il programma è pronto all installazione, cliccare Installazione. Nota: se appaiono uno o più Windows Security prompt durante gli aggiornamenti di stato, cliccare su Installazione o Continua comunque. 4. Appena compare sullo schermo che l installazione dei driver è completa, cliccare Finire. 5. Sul menu, cliccare Installazione software o avviare EZ Grabber\Setup.exe. 6. Quando il programma è pronto all installazione, cliccare Installazione. 7. Appena compare sullo schermo che l installazione dell applicazione è completa, cliccare Finire. 8. Sul menu, cliccare Honestech VHS a DVD o avviare VHS2DVD\Setup.exe. 9. Nella schermata di impostazione della lingua, selezionare una lingua e cliccare Successivo. 10. Nella schermata di accettazione dei termini di licenza, selezionare Accetto... e cliccare Successivo. 11. Nella schermata per la scelta della locazione di destinazione, cliccare Successivo. 12. Nella schermata indicante che Honestech è pronto all installazione, cliccare Installazione. 13. Quando si visualizza che l installazione di Honestech è completa, cliccare Finire. 14. Sul menu, cliccare Guida per l utente. 15. Nella directory, aprire il file HTVideoToDVD, quindi cliccare su Usare l honestech VHS a DVD 2.5 per visualizzare le opzioni di istruzioni. 16.
