16 RED MEDITERRÁNEA DE ORGANISMOS DE CUENCA -REMOC- valencia 2003, November PROGRAMA ASOCIADO RIOC/GWP : Hermanamientos con el fin de permitir una cooperación directa entre organismos de cuenca existentes o en proceso de creación o piloto; La movilización en los organismos de cuenca existentes de un apoyo profesional con el fin de facilitar la creación y el desarrollo de nuevos organismos de cuenca; Una síntesis de los conocimientos y del "know-how" disponibles, mejores prácticas, la elaboración de recomendaciones y directivas y de módulos de capacitacion ; La puesta en red de los sistemas de documentación sobre el agua que permite el acceso a nivel internacional a las informaciones institucionales, jurídicas, económicas y técnicas útiles y su compartimiento.
